Sandwich wasn't made the right way, chicken was old and hard. Couldn't eat my sandwich. There wasn't a line in drive thru but got rushed through my order to get poor quality food. Don't recommend

Just wanted to get a sandwich after work, and didn't realize that the person ahead of me left the drive-thru window without paying and the cashier accidentally charged me for their meal. Never told me about it though--instead it looked like 3 different people conversed about the mistake that had been made, and apparently the decision they came up with was to simply not tell me what happened, say the card didn't go through, and charge me for my order as well. Ended up spending 34 dollars for a single sandwich and room-temp fries. If a single employee was honest about the mistake that was made during that entire interaction, this review wouldn't exist. I don't appreciate being scammed.

pay almost 12+ dollars for a burger with NOBODY else in line and they still manage to mess it up . not impressed . this continues to happen almost every time i go to wendy’s . this is why i can count on one hand how many times i visit here a year .

Food was good, being that the store just opened service wasn't too bad. My fries got missed but friendly and as efficient as expected with a line out to the street.
Parking: Very busy. Really long drive through and line inside. Line went straight out to the door.
No one in the lobby. And on one take order for me. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes. And the food is worst. Never come back.

The food and service was as to be expected for a Wendys. It was our first time here as we were passing by on a road trip. We ordered through the drive through and did have to go back in because they forgot the drink for our kids meal and when we stopped to eat we found out we didn't get any sauce for our chicken nuggets.

Food is good but when you go through the drive-thru don't expect any actual respect or common Courtesy or expression, I'd get more expressions from a rock... started to make conversation while handing my payment to twhat was the rudest employee I've ever encountered (have also worked in customer service over 15+ years myself). Hope they just get rid of everyone and rehire, would be a major improvement.
