The staff was very friendly, but I think the frozen yogurt was expired. I had to throw it out after a couple of bites because I didn’t want to get sick. Too bad I noticed when I got home or I would’ve requested a refund :(

Ordered boba on the new yolo app with my cousin yesterday and had a great experience! The order was finished quickly, customer service was excellent, and the boba was delicious. Will definitely be ordering here again!🧋🫶

Dietary restrictions: They have tasty gluten-free ice creams, delicious vegan options, and vegan milk products available upon request. Perfect for people, like me, who are allergic to dairy, and love cold, sweet treats like Boba "milk" tea, and "milk" shakes.
Parking: There is a paid parking lot just behind the store, and paid street parking on Main Street. Make sure to keep your parking meter paid up, or else the meter cop slaps a ticket on your vehicle, every time.
Kid-friendliness: Indoor Comfy sofas and limited table space for kids' books and tabletop games available for use by littlest customers and their accompanying grown-ups. Outdoor limited seating on iron café table/chairs (weather permitting).
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp and wheelchair accessible restrooms for customer's use (ask for the key at checkout).
Yolo is and has been one of my favorite treasures of keene! I highly recommend If you’re looking for a sweet treat after work, this is the place to go. My personal favorite is strawberry lemonade with strawberry boba, but the fruit and Nutella crepe is amazing as well if you’re looking for a little snack !

I didn't really like it, As good as the food was, i just didn't really like the atmosphere. It made me want to leave as soon as I stepped in.
There's also this really sugary smell that sure, smells good, But it really bothered my throat.
I love this place!! I go here at least once a week and the foot and drinks are great. They have playable board games and it's really a great place to just sit and spend time catching up with friends!

I want to highlight the frozen yogurt; it tastes like it's actually made of yogurt: Earlier this fall I bought myself a quart of plain Greek yogurt at the grocery store, and I mixed a jar of pumpkin butter into it. The pumpkin frozen yogurt from Yolo Cafe tasted like that. It's not for everyone, but I really enjoyed it. Normally "frozen yogurt" tastes just like soft-serve ice cream. This has tang.
