Very clean inside, with friendly workers who took care of me very well and had lots of humor. I stopped by to say hello to my buddy Chris and get a quick bite to eat since I was hungry. I left with an iced coffee and two donuts for a very good price! I now know that I like Dunkin' coffee and I may be back soon!Parking: Huge parking lot because it is a plaza with many stores

Staff was super rude. I misspoke at the drive thru, say French vanilla coolata as opposed to a vanilla bean coolatta. When I got to the window I asked if They didn't do the vanilla coolata, and was very rudely told that's not what you ordered. I apologized about 4 times. The girl came to the window and asked if I actually wanted her to remake it, I said no, it was fine. She walked away without another word. Usually this dunks is great, but this was a super upsetting experience with them.

I worked here for two years and left about a couple months ago since I was moving across country. While I was gone they remodeled the entire store and I never got the chance to see what changes were made. I left on good terms and I had never in my time working there received any disciplinary action. Apparently hanging out with my friends/now former coworkers in the lobby before I left and checking out how they updated behind the counter once they had closed the store was cause for upper management to send police to my house to serve me a restraining order. Unfortunately for the overly self important children that run the company I had already left the state completely. I genuinely feel quite sad for them ( :'( this is what I look like) as they were apparently throwing quite the temper tantrum given they couldn't make an example out of an ex-employee! How sad! But hey if uncompetitive wages, piss poor management and genuine lack of respect for their own employees sound like a business you want to support then you will be like a kid in a candy store here. lol
