Although there have been some mistakes with past orders, recently I have been very satisfied with the service at the Shell Dunks. Jake and T make a great team and work efficiently to ensure that all their customers receive the proper order.

Went for the last time this morning. This is an unsupervised gaggle of children running the place and they can't get an order right if their jobs depended on it. It obviously doesnt. 3 teenage girls playing jokes on themselves at the customers expense. Whomever owns this franchise you have a lot of work to do. Clean house start over or have adult supervision. Customer service is dead so is intelligence. Ever since the last manager left this place has been awful. I will not be returning to this location. Shame on me for nor just making coffee.

Service sucks at thevroute 125 Kingston NH shell station. Place has taken a dive in a month or so. Customer service is bad, girls dont even look up some brunette there that absolutely looks miserable and sounds with her drone on voice. Get a grip get some customer service.
I typically get a drink and maybe some food from here before school but either they have nothing to make drinks with, they take 15 minutes for a drink that I already had placed online, or they just make the drink poorly.

I’ve never gotten the right order here. There’s always something missing or done wrong. Definitely recommend going to the one down the street in the noria, they have more consistency.
