they will make your order incorrectly and then refuse to fix it because they “can’t charge for” the thing you asked for separately from the food / drink order.
I have met the owner before and she is very kind and accommodating and I know she wouldn’t want her business being represented the way it just was, so I am hoping she sees this!
if they mess up your order they should do everything possible to fix the issue, rather than catch attitudes, refuse to fix THEIR mistake, and basically tell you to pound sand. if I was you I would drive up to the one across from the belknap plaza, used to love this spot but the new employees have left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended.

While being there at the drive thru,We asked if they might have a menu, or pamphlet that we could take with us. The girl at the window,waiting on us,. had no clue what we were talking about?!So she went and got the manager.Who had NO idea what a PAMPHLET WAS!!!AND why we would even wantsuch a thing?
