Woman that made my drink was really standoffish and unhelpful. Couldn’t figure out how to pay with the app (to switch between checking in and paying with the QR code). She just at me, annoyed and turned away and closed the window I guess for me to fumble around and figure it out? I tried unsuccessfully another time. Same thing. Stare at me. Shut the window. Not say anything when I asked for help. Third time I finally figured it out- she handed my food and back turned to me wished me a good day. Super off-putting encounter. Won’t be back.

I was a 1st time customer purchased a matcha Latta was too sweet for my liken. Was able to exchange for a pomegranate blueberry smooth. It was delicious. Great customer service.
