Good nachos. But server Ethan I think was his name took the drink order and app order then never came back again. Seemed like a slower day for this place. I guess they don’t want people to order entrees or second rounds lol.
Dear Dox on Winnipesaukee, please install some sort of sun shade for the 4-tops on the perimeter of the deck. I do not appreciate spending $100 for lunch that my young children barely ate because they were wilting in the sun. It’s not okay. My salad turned to hot gush after about 4 minutes in the hot sun. If you want to cater to young families please have more shade options - not just for the large groups. Also, for having great fried chicken it would be lovely to have more...
Has a decent atmosphere; on the lake, often has live music and most of the staff is friendly. Unfortunately drinks are overpriced and chain restaurant worthy, food is mediocre, portion sizes are small (we got the loaded tots as an app, $17 for less than 20 tots and no more than 2oz of pulled pork), and things definitely have a lake up charge. Okay for a beer an an app post boat, but definitely would not recommend for a meal.
