My fiancé and I came here to eat a late breakfast and the food came out cold, I asked for a plan bagel with butter but less butter, there was so much butter and it started making me sick. Never coming here for food again

Went in to pick up a order Sunday and the dark haired woman on the sandwich station was more concerned about kissing on a guy at the counter and again in the lobby, there were only a few customers and yet waited just over 20 minutes to receive the order waiting while instead of taking care of customers and orders she was more concerned with outside of work behavior and had to get another employee to bail her out,as well as the liberal use of profanity I definitely understand why their losing customers and constantly get bad reviews.Will be looking into who the franchise owner is as well as the corporate side and bringing this and other occurrences to light regarding this store.This location is poorly managed and maintained and need a serious overhaul of staff

Walked in to get some food and waited at the counter for an entire minute while 5 employees just stood around behind the counter obviously avoiding serving me. Store is disgusting as well. I just left because if they don't want to help me or clean the floors then they probably also don't wash their hands.

This place is AWFUL! The staff is so unprofessional. When you make a Mobil order during your working day you expect to drop in, grab your order and be on your way but this place doesn’t have the orders ready and when you ask about your order they say, you will have to wait, even after ordering 20 minutes prior to arriving. They listen to the music behind the counter and fool around. Most of the customers on there today said it is a daily occurrence with this store. Will not be going to this place again!
I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, someone grabbed the wrong food order and when they noticed it they handed the food back to the women who was working and she was saying how stupid they where for grabbing the wrong items and how she now has to remake it and how it’s a waste of her time when people do that I was shocked

The lady Mary that works at the front counter has tendency to get annoyed with customers for no reason at all. I had ordered an iced drink and saw her putting a sticker on to a hot cup. So I had asked her if she put my drink in as an iced. She got snippy over it. On top of it she lets out a disrespectful sigh every time she has to deal with a customer. She's the only reason I'd avoid this dunkins
