I NEVER leave negative reviews because I feel so horrible, but I waited about 40 minutes for my online order today. Yes they were busy, but didn’t seem to have any pep in their step. I was late to work and my order was STILL incorrect when I left. Not that I went back to fix it. Staff was friendly enough, but service needs an upgrade.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at Dunks. Told 2 different employees I had a mobile order. They didn’t say 2 words to me. I wasn’t trying to be pushy or impatient but I wasn’t sure if they were still making it or what was going on. Gave me my drink & still didn’t say 2 words to me. My bad for ordering

No drive through, carry out and transport orders took precedence over in store customers. Overworked people , underpaid, bad business!
Rude as can be - I spend $100s of dollars a week at Dunkin’s and am passing through Laconia and they lock their bathroom - normally I would offer to buy something anyone but women was screaming at her employee and customers and demanded I buy a donut at minimum she said due to prior events the bathroom will be locked googled anything that could she gone wrong and saw nothing. Completely rude and unacceptable with the attitude. I never use a bathroom and not buy something but demanding someone needs to in order to pee is insane.

I couldn't write another review about the Dunkin donuts in Laconia by Vista foods. Worst service ever. Always have to wait 20 plus minutes for my food and drink. Employees just talk to each other instead of making food. I hate going here when I have to because the people that work there are clearly managed by half brain imbeciles that don't care about service. Absolutely disgusting when it comes to somebody who needs to get in and go and you're standing there waiting on people who only care about themselves and getting a paycheck and going home but absolutely nothing else.
