Terrible. They do not know how to make coffee. Every time I get my order the coffee is terrible. They do not follow the mobile order sticker. My coffee comes out different colors every time. Tastes terrible. I got one wake up wrap and it was cold. Driving to Statbucks 30 minutes away because I’m done wasting money on them.

Its Dunks, overly crowded in the morning. Someone is bound to make a drink wrong or get an order wrong. Everyone is just too rushed. I just like the coffee and a sandwich so deal with it.

Learn to put lids on right and not handing coffeee to customers dripping in coffee so it’s all over us and car
I love dunkins in general but this one always makes my drink wrong or doesn't mix the sugar. I don't want to have a swig of granulated sugar, it's nasty. I get a medium iced either a swirl made regular its isn't complicated whatsoever, but somehow at this dunks, its super inconsistent. Also the staff has no warmth to them, no smile, not even speaking in a customer service friendly tone, they are super blunt and treat you like an inconvenience, just go to a different dunkin donuts.

Best dunks in the area. Stop in every morning around 5:30am and even though it’s super early and most people are grumpy the staff always has a smile on their face and the coffee/sandwiches are always on point

Incompetence at the finest. Got a breakfast sandwich, they put the wrong bacon on, and then completely smashed the sandwich until its flat. Ordered a 25 count of munchkins. They said they had multiple different types available so I chose assorted. They gave me literally 1 type. They gave me 25 mf blueberry munchkins. They could have at least mentioned any of the problems but nah they just sent it. I literally just wasted 13 bucks, screw you guys and screw this location.
