I used to be a wheat grass sprout farmer. I got a shot of wheat grass here and it was aged and tasted awful. I kindly asked for a fresh wheat grass shot. The guy said that wheat grass was good for up to several days after juicing. Fresh wheat grass juice doesn't taste like that. This guy doesnt make actual fresh juice. It is something to consider if you are a juicer. Also it opens hella late for normal juice bars I'm used to. So if you are thinking about going to the gym at 0500 and getting a juice after, think again. It doesn't open till 0900.

A hip lgbt friendly cafe with healthier options. Spacious and inviting. Laconia is a nice place to live with a cute downtown and properties near a beautiful pond or lake. Places right outside Laconia tend to be higher than they normally would but are less likely to have local, more unique store identities like this place. This place here is not just a healthy place but one could argue iconic to why a person would choose to live in downtown Laconia if they have a choice. The blue drink doesn't have much flavor to it and what it does have is super faint. I love the color but it does get old fast. But I mean I need to try to have some healthier things too. Things outside of Laconia tend to be overpriced and I don't feel you necessarily get what you put into it.

Amazing menu, atmosphere, and service!! Great place to meet and hang out with friends and family. They have tons of drink options, great sandwiches and bowls, and board games. Also, everything is local, including the amazing art on the walls!!
Such a great addition to downtown Laconia. The staff are friendly, fast, and helpful. Food and smoothies are amazing! Great space as well.

I went for the second time in 2 days with my brother for smoothies today and I found three pieces of plastic in my mouth as I drank the smoothie. While the smoothies tasted great, I was quite shocked to find what I did. Also considering the $9+ prices I expected better.

Amazing place. It's so peaceful inside. Amazing staff. The smoothie bowls are SO tasty. Also had a broccoli salad that was out of this world!!! Would highly recommended this establishment to everyone!Vegetarian options: Many Vegan options

Ordered delivery for lunch at work and my drink and cookie came, the sandwich I ordered was not there because apparently they ran out of the item, instead of contacting me -since you have to put your number in when you order- and asking if I wanted something else they just threw in a gift card. Thanks for the card but like I’d have gladly just gotten something else
