Ordered only a burger & nuggets but somehow ended up waiting over 15 minutes for them? I swear, 20 other customers came & left before I got my food. Not sure what happened, but it wasn't what you'd expect from 'fast food' šŸ˜‚

This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. As a doordasher I make money by delivering orders to my customers ON TIME. And this McDonald's has a habit of saying that my orders are ready for pick up when THEY ARE NOT. After a certain point I'm losing money because of how slow and terrible the customer service is. I am currently writing this review as I'm waiting for my doordash order, I've been sitting at the register for 20 minutes AFTER they placed my order ready for pick up, and have had ONE person come up and barely acknowledge my existence. Just terrible.

My daughter placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to pick up, she was alerted that her order was ready, she stood inside for 15 minutes looking at her order sitting on the counter, asked 2 separate people to please hand her the bag. She was told to wait. At this point she had to leave to not be late to work. The manager was rude when she called to find out how to get a refund. No apology, just a we are busy, maybe you should come work here and help usā€ absolutely terrible customer service

I ordered and paid for a large Coke along with my two McDoubles and they did not give it to me even though I had a receipt showing that I had paid for it they told me if I wanted to get it I have to drive all the way back around and pay for another one horrible service worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my whole life

One of the worst in New England. Ripoff prices on par with major metros. 80% ā€œpull aheadā€ rate. They have a full fledged system of moving people into spaces instead of serving at the window. 8-10 minute minimum wait for even simple orders. Slow, expensive and double check your back because they can’t keep orders straight.

Service was actually good. I didnt have to wait long and the employees were pleasant. However the food specifically the fries were beyond disgusting. Being in foodservice myself they either cooked the fries to death or they cooked them a second time to heat them up. They were so hard you couldn't eat them. I know its fast food but come on the fries are usually the best part!

Normally I never leave reviews but when you sit in the driver thru for over an hour and a half this is ridiculous. As someone who worked at mcdonalds in the past, there is zero reason for them to take so long and as I was leaving they only had 1 car at the actual window! I was only behind 1 car sitting where we would order for over an hour. I would undstand say an emergency happened but no ambulance or cops in site. And the 1 time I DID hear staff talk, insanely rude! I had to cancel my mobile order and leave and as I drove by, the lobby was closed already... SO ZERO REASON FOR THIS SITUATION!

Waited nearly an HOUR for food in the drivethu!!!! The only reason I didn't leave is because I was stuck in the massive amount of traffic. If there's going to be big events going on, put extra staff on
