You know I used to just mind my business going in here but this morning watching the (female) manager literally scream like a man At this poor elderly lady that comes in every single morning and gets the same exact order. McDonald's is the one that screwed up her order not her So why you got her almost in tears at the front is beyond me but pretty damn disrespectful! We've inflated these businesses so big it's at the point they don't give two craps about their customers and it's really starting to show

The workers are nice, but every time I come here, they always seem to mess up the drinks when I order a Dr Pepper and a Rootbeer they either give me two Dr Pepper’s or two Rootbeers. This has happened more then 6 times

The drive-thru is always backed up and you're waiting 5-10 minutes during the day they just never seemed to have either a good system or the right people working there or enough people working there. Drive-thrus or should be quick not waiting 10 minutes to get to the window for a simple drink

Only giving them a one star cuz I can’t do a zero. This place is consistently wrong with everything they do, seriously, to bad tempered management and employees to never having what their menu says they do, after a year of not going there because I had to wait 45 minutes twice in one week for a sundae! That’s a whole other story, but this time they tell me as they are handing me my meal that the shake machine is down, that’s something you need to let the customer decide they want something else or not instead I get a card for a shake and that’s the best they can do! So instead of making a scene and embarrassing myself I’m just giving back what I get, crappy service, crappy rating.

Clean Half way through our meal inside, the young man told us the dining area was closed and asked us to leave before we were done. We left after we finished our meal. Poor customer service.

Most of the staff was friendly but there was one employee that was clearly having a bad day. I'm sure they're not always grumpy and hopefully their day got better.
One of the worst experiences of my life their manager was extremely rude, she purposefully ignored me and mentioned the fact to her employees. She was extremely unprofessional and there is no excuse to treat a customer like that. I was trying to ask about my food after being asked to pull to the side in the drive through and wait for my food. I waited 25 minutes for my food and wanted to know what was going on. She blatantly ignored me. I get that’s it’s a bit busy but to treat your customers with such little hospitality is beyond inappropriate. This happened on Saturday July 5th at 10:15 2025

My friend and I went here today. Almost 12 dollars for each of our meals. This is fast food why is it so expensive. Fries tasted ehh and were on the colder side. Staff arguing inappropriately at eachother in a public space. Please just do better

Shamrock shake was tree leaf green and tasted like toothpaste and there was long hair in my sandwich will NEVER go back. Shame used to be good
