We went there the other day they forgot most of our food. The guy on the phone was so rude to us. He kept telling us he packed it and he remembered clearly not. If that’s how a gm treats customers they should be ashamed. He also told me they didn’t have a corporate so I called myself!

Called ahead and confirmed they were open. I arrived in the drive through to “we are sold out of everything. Come back in 15 minutes.” This made 0 sense as it’s 11pm…… they are going to get more food at 11pm? I think they were lying to go smoke weed out back. We didn’t even say what we wanted to order and she said “we are out of everything” literally insane

So glad i waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets to be cooked and still didnt get them. Plus missing food all the time payed almost 30 dollars for 2 people and i cant get what i ordered. Would not recommend to anyone

tegan and amber are the only reason this place is as good as it is. they deserve kudos and recognition for their good customer service. if they weren’t working here, this place would be in shambles imo 🤷🏼♀️
Female worker (not sure if shes the manager but if she is then yikes) needs to learn some compassion and patience. Months ago, my one taco was made wrong twice. Substitute the beef for black beans. I go up and ask them if they could remake it and they did, second time it was wrong again. Brought it back up and the woman threw a fit that it said add black beans but she didn’t read that it said NO MEAT ADD BLACK BEANS. Then tonight, we had ordered 2 empanadas, had to pull forward for them to make more and they only gave us 1 so I went inside. That same female worker is yelling at the other workers, most I presume are young and do not deserve that. Now I obviously don’t have context but you do not have that kind of behavior towards others. Again I’m not sure if shes the manager but with the way she was acting it seemed like it. Her bahavior is unnecessary and especially in front of customers is inappropriate. I do not know his name but there is a young guy who works there who I want to give kudos to for maintaining his composure and not letting her attitude affect him. He looks early 20’s and has blondish almost a little bit curly hair. He is always so nice and understanding when something is forgotten or made wrong and he deserves to be recognized for it. The caramel apple empanadas were worth the wait though.
I am writing as a former employee, it is a very fun place to work.

If I could give it zero stars I would, my order, as well as every person I was with’s order was wrong. They didn’t add any of the additives, gave us all ONE small cup in place of a large drink cup. All the food was falling apart, overall a horrible time. Old man working was terrible, there was a younger man with black hair who was trying to work with us and offering replacements for our orders that had been poorly made by the adult male. Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a taco bell.
