Incredible, thoughtful service and friendly atmosphere. THEY HAVE SO MANY GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS **AND** A DEDICATED GLUTEN-FREE GRIDDLE. Truly a hidden gem, I wish I were a local so I could come back again and again. It’s rare when gluten-free options taste like the real deal and the GF pancakes were amazing.

My husband and I were looking for a better breakfast restaurant in the area and found the Flip Side. The food was amazing! Fair pricing for a lot of food! Left overs, here we come! All the breakfast food we tried has a spin on it and well done. We ordered food online and when picking it up, the staff was friendly, happy, and kind. We looked further into what this restaurant represents and our hearts are sold on supporting this local restaurant.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Take your orders somewhere else where they can be professional about their business. Didn’t even get an order in because of the clowns up front who don’t know how to be respectful over the phone

Service was exceptional and loved how inclusive the restaurant is all around. Very clean, and seeing everyone working together as a team in an positive work space is so refreashing, all while everyone is happy & welcoming our experience was so pleasant and uplifting.
