Definitely need more staff. Place is packed and two bartenders can't keep up. Kitchen can't keep as well as patrons have been told no food and it's 8:00pm.

I have now been 3 times and I love it. The patio overlooking Paugus bay is a great spot to enjoy the sunset while having a meal. The whiskey list is really good, the tap list is decent, and the cocktails are fun. They often have live entertainment. Jay and the wait staff have been extremely hospitable and attentive. I only have 4 stars for service because the kitchen can take a while sometimes but the food is always worth the wait. Definitely check it out if you're in the Laconia area.

Ordered the coco shrimp takeout. Everything was totally burnt. I’ll never order from here again.
Loved my experience here! Our bartender, J, was outstanding! Will be coming back.

Bartender was terrible also tipped her 20% and she complained to me that it was not enough actually took 20 minutes to get me my first drink. I would not go here again and not recommend it to anybody.

Bartender was very rude, and lied about waitress being yelled at. First and last time that we will go here. Read reviews people. Only good part was the musician who was playing acoustic guitar.

This was our first time, group of 4 for my husband birthday. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant!!!!!! Walked out without even finishing our drinks. There was some confusion with the drink order and returned my drink (it had lemon in it and I am allergic). The bar tender came over and gave us massive attitude and rudeness. When we left, we told her she was the reason and she gave more attitude and said we yelled at the waitress and made her cry. Completely untrue!!!!! Ownership needs to do something about this bar tender, they are losing customers because of her. Just look at multiple other reviews complaining about her.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went with a friend and the place was dead the live music was just coming in to set up as we were leaving around 6-6:30pm on a Saturday night. The drinks were ok but there was clearly no alcohol in them for the price they charge. The food was absolutely disgusting. We both got the BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese and the chicken was tossed in BBQ sauce which is fine but it was so difficult to chew it looked like the frozen/refrigerated pre cooked chicken you get at the grocery store it was a dark color. The Mac and Cheese looked and tasted like macaroni with shredded cheese thrown on top and put in the microwave to melt the cheese. Both my friend and I felt sick to our stomachs leaving and ended up getting sick the minute we got to where we were staying which was a 5 minute ride. Absolutely horrified by this experience and will never return. Over priced Mac and Cheese and possible food poisoning was not what we were looking for our dinner. The Health Department needs to do a thorough inspection on this place!!!

My meal was great. My wife was not crazy about her meal. I had a great old fashion . The view of the lake is gorgeous from the back deck.

I have to give a big thumbs up to the meatballs 👍🏻 Saddest excuse for nachos I’ve ever seen though! About a bag worth of nachos with the smallest amount of cheese and toppings. It barely covered the top so all we were left with was a plate of plain chips. It’s not rocket science, it’s called layering. If you don’t know how to properly prepare nachos, take them off the menu. We were going to order another round of cocktails, but never saw the waitress again.
