It was hard to find a place to eat as it seemed the town closed down pretty early, so we felt guilty coming to the Copper Pig, but they were so accommodating.

The staff was great and the food was excellent. The beers were also very good.

Service was great. Great ambiance. I couldn’t get into the beer or the food though. The taste just wasn’t for me.

We had a wonderful evening at Copper Pig Brewery in Lancaster, NH! We sat at the outdoor bar overlooking the river—absolutely beautiful and so relaxing.

Copper Pig has an impressive range of brews to satisfy every taste. We especially enjoyed the pale ale and the double IPA—both were excellent! While we love that dogs are welcome in the outdoor area, this time we left the pups at home and enjoyed a date night.

The food did not disappoint—nachos and the fish sandwich were both delicious and hit the spot. Great beer, great food, and a scenic, welcoming atmosphere—we're already looking forward to our next visit!

A fantastic restaurant and a worthwhile stop whether you’re local or just passing through. Unfortunately the patio wasn’t open when we came in. I think it was the heat and humidity. But their downstairs seating area was perfect and the food was top notch.

My visit to Copper Pig was very nice.  The atmosphere was warm, rustic, industrial, and inviting.  The Israel River really added to the ambiance.  The waitresses were pleasant and attentive.  The food was reasonably priced, delicious, and well presented.  I ordered the double IPA mac n' cheese.  It was hearty but not heavy, and not oily at all.  The cracker crumb topping sealed the deal.  I also had a side of field greens with a fig balsamic dressing.  It was fresh and flavorful.  The housemade sweet tea was also refreshing.  If I were to travel through Lancaster, NH again, I would happily return to Copper Pig for another visit and maybe even bring a friend.

Great atmosphere. Staff are pleasant and not rushed. The food is outstanding. (and can we talk about the prices...) what a great place. You all need to try it.

First time here! This establishment did not disappoint. Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Service was polite and friendly. Blood orange cider was refreshing and tasty. Definitely will be coming back.

A good array of tap selections with quite a few different styles on display

If there was an option for no stars I’d do it. This place is absolutely horrible, I will never return. They serve nothing but beers water milk or “homemade” lemonade which literally tasted like lemon sour water. All they have for sides are mixed greens, or RUFFLE potato chips. They had one option for “starters” it was one thing.. a pretzel. Their prices where decent… if the food would’ve been better. But everything I ate I could’ve made at home better myself.

A Reuben to die for resides within these walls. Must try. This place adds a whole lot of character to the North Country. Well done, Mr. Holland.

Delicious food, nice beer selection and super friendly staff. Also there’s gluten free options and cider.

I ordered fish. It came partially cooked. Tea was terrible no taste, never again unbelievable dollhouse portion tasteless fish, horrible lack of SVC, I don't mind paying anybody but I don't like being robbed! NEVER again! Disgusted!
