the young boy who works here is amazing and adorable and soon to be my husband. please come here and buy some food its great.

This place is not clean at all. I have gotten horrible food cold or burnt. The bathrooms are never clean.the donuts you could use it for a hockey puck. You all so wait about 20 minutes just oder your food an it takes about 15 minutes to even pay for the oder. Don't eat here.
So over the Lancaster Dunkins. 3 out 4 times I order cold brew with cold foam, it comes without any cold foam. When I ask if they are out they out of cold foam give me attitude about wanting the order I paid for. Time to make coffee at home again...

Coffee was watered down. Selection of donuts at 9:30 was pretty weak for a donut shop. Only 2-3 bagels left as well.

Nothing has changed. Horrible service and options. If you are out of items in the store, there should be a way to reflect that in the app for any pre-order (sold out? out of stock? Discontinued?) we ordered a mobile order with 5 drinks and 4 of them were unavailable because they were out of ingredients. A quick-order, mobile pick up took 45 minutes. Hot food was cold. Drinks were not made. And worse off, we walk into a lobby with 3-4 customers waiting and no communication from any of the 5 staff behind the counter. Lobby patrons don't exist... The Dunkin staff is a slave to the drive thru. I would plan ahead and if you are in a hurry, consider Shaw's or McDonald's

My wife and I stop here 2 or 3 times a month. The young man who takes our order is extremely pleasant, friendly and efficient. He even gives us a "good looking" (senior) discount without having to ask! It is actually a pleasure to stop there and see a person who likes his job and enjoys helping the customers. Thanks!

I counted nine people working but I waited five minutes at the cash register before someone acknowledged me being there. Then waited additional time before soneone took my order. The bathroom was marginally clean.

I thought when I came in there at 3pm I would get a dozen donuts for half off, I did the last time, they only changed me 5 dollars for a dozen

A friend and I stopped here for coffee this afternoon. Very clean inside and our service was friendly and easy. Delicious iced chai latte. As we were leaving, I tried my drink, and thanked the young man who made it. He gave a bit thanks. Nice dunkins store

My husband went in today and the service he received was absolutely disgusting. The person handing the food out literally yelled at him infront of a packed store. Then when He asked about my coffee , she persisted on yelling at him and degrading him telling him when the coffee was ready she will let him know. I have been in customer service for years and this was one of the most disgusting displays of behavior from an employee I have ever seen. Whomever runs this store should also be held accountable for not coaching teaching and training there employees on professionalism.
