This Dunkin has gone down hill recently, the last 3 times I’ve went they’ve forgotten food. The quality of the food they push out has gone down hill drastically. Today was the last straw we ordered per normal and they forgot our ham Swiss rolls, there was no bacon on our loaded has-browns and way to much cheese and a sandwich was burned.

Terrible! I have actually never gotten a decent meal from this location 😕 they always either get things wrong or give out cold food. For example: I ordered a loaded hash brown and they just plopped cold cheese sauce on top of them and didnt even bother trying to heat it up! Not to mention they completely disregard you asking for things like well done bacon or an extra toasted bagel... they say okay and then put it in the bag not well done anyway.

9/4/25 Four people standing outside (one being management) doing nothing as I approach the drive-thru... 4 minutes before somebody takes my order. There is nobody in the store and there is nobody in the Drive-Thru. After 9 minutes of waiting for my order I left. Ridiculous you can't even come to the window with an explanation. I can't stand leaving reviews like this but as a local who's been repeatedly neglected at this establishment you guys can pound sand

Awful service this poor cashier boy that seemed very unwell kept getting yelled by this lady also there working with him to check the ice bin who sounded like she was a smoker and they didn’t have certain drinks and when my mother asked for extra ice to the cashier boy and the lady worker interrupted and said no we don’t have that much ice and my parents decided to skip it and walked out and the cashier boy said a drink on the menu which is my fav strawberry dragon fruit refresher was discontinued and that they only had the tropical guava and “blueberry” what a joke that place was I don’t recommend going there for coffee!

Very nice ladies who work there they know me by name they know me by my order so if I pull up I forgot to put an order in they say do you want your normal and I don't have to go through the whole list of how I like it very nice ladies and I am happy to do business with them thank you ladies for your hard
By far the worst Dunks I have ever been to. Waited over an hour for a medium drink and ended up just leaving. Expect them to get the order wrong 50% of the time. In desperate need of new management.
