I tried Fuller’s maple syrup while visiting NH a few years back. Now I place a good sized order from them yearly. Love its product. Use it on waffles/pancakes as well as in coffee and sweet potato casserole to name a few. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Fuller's Sugar House gift shop in Lancaster was a very pleasant experience for us, both times we stopped in. Their maple products are out-of-this-world, awesome! Patty was delightful! She played their toys with & explained the maple production process to our very inquisitive 5 y.o.! She gave us recipe tips & told us about the "seconds" deal! Very welcoming & friendly! I recommend the dark Amber syrup, we started with a pint & are now proud owners of a 1/2 gallon! Yumm! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Fuller's maple syrup is a family tradition - the quality of the syrup is fabulous. We love visiting the sugarhouse and their online ordering great, too. We've all heard stories about the problems with shipping this year, but my order was sent the day I ordered and arrived at its destination 2 days later - record time!

Ordered a gift basket to ship during the holiday season. I ordered on December 21st, so I figured it wouldn't get there by Christmas. Still, I selected the 3 day UPS option, just in case. The package didn't ship from the site until the end of the day on December 22nd. The UPS tracker puts the estimated delivery of December 29th...a full 7 days later! So, why did I get charged for 3 day shipping, and not regular shipping? Obviously, they're small. It's Christmas. But, I'm still disappointed by this.
