Everything I've tried at the Lancaster House of Pizza has been excellent! I can't say enough about the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. They bend over backwards to make sure the service and food please their customers.

I’m visiting NH, had to pick up pizza and didn’t realize how far the shops are. They stayed open for me to pick up my food. Shawn and Michelle were super sweet and helpful. I got there at closing and their customer service was top notch. They even asked if I needed paper plates and napkins before I left! Thank you guys :)

I would recommend eating here but ever since the manager fired my favorite co workers and food makers, the place has gone so downhill, they are never open on sundays anymore witch ruined a few good people's meals, they close for 3 days on holiday then complain that they make no money. Honestly they should either sell it or shut it down. They are unclean, can't cut the pizza, messy with the food, and don't even cook it all the way at some points. 100% recommended to find somewhere else to eat. The last time I ever ate there I got so sick by the way.

There was a little wait on the phone but she was very pleasant when I placed my order. She customized my pizza just how I asked and it was delicious!Parking: Be careful of that one pole outside of the restaurant. And take your time getting in and out of here!

Food quality is not as good as previous location. I hope it will improve. They had a wonderful toasted italian grinder that my wife loved. I'll try it one more time.

The food here is reliably good - exactly what you expect from a House of Pizza. Standard fare, plus a few surprises (souvlaki, zucchini fries). But the service is abysmal. Everyone I've encountered has always been pleasant and tried to be helpful, but there are always problems. Orders are frequently wrong, and even more often large swaths of the menu are out of stock (but not indicated as such when ordering online). Wait times are almost always exponentially longer than the estimate. A year and a half ago this wasn't an issue, but service took a nose dive a while ago (many months) and shows no sign of improvement. Maybe the management has terrible luck with remarkably unreliable staff, or maybe the management drives off all the decent workers... but one way or another the constant refrain is that they are understaffed. Every time I order, I end up vowing to myself that I won't order again. I obviously do order again, but that's on me for never learning my lesson. Save yourself some time and annoyance and go somewhere else.

Not the same since they moved. Tried to order ahead, got left on hold. Got there and there was going to be over an hour wait and felt like we were a bother to wait on so left without ordering anything and definitely won't "bother" going back.
