When I first moved to lancaster in October 2021 this was a pretty mid McDonald's. The last year it seems the staff have made an effort to improve and the consistency of the food has gone up leaps and bounds. Especially the fries. Lately they've always been hot and fresh... still wish they filled them properly but it is what it is. Sometimes the large has less than the medium.
Ordered, brought home, didn't have the 6 piece nuggets but got the dipping sauce, ordered a normal mcrib, it had no onions and no sauce and it didnt have a sticker on it like the special orders do, so if they gave me someone elses sandwhich they put the special order sticker on one that was made normal and gave it to someone else . If I had a way to attach pictures I would. If you come here make sure to not only check your food, but also open it up and inspect it.

A huge thumbs up to the McDonald's in Lancaster, New Hampshire! Their steak, egg, and cheese bagel is absolutely phenomenal. From the first bite to the last, every element of the sandwich is bursting with flavor. ABSOLUTE HORRIFIC SERVICE...ordered inside & waited 37 minutes, (others waiting too)then worker says it will be at least another 25-30 minutes... staff says they take care of drive thru first not 1st come, 1st serve... no apologies, plenty of staff most on break... nothing else in the area and staff mostly genZ so not sure who sucks more, McDs for paying people who don't work and arent wotleth $15 per hour nevermind $8, or thieving genz... got a refund and went to Burger King a few towns over
I spent over 60 bucks tonight on food. Waited over an hour for our food. It was very cold when served. Guy gave me a big attitude when I asked what was going on with my order. Very not good. I come to this store at least once a week. I won't be back.

This is getting ridiculous this is the 3rd time I have gone there and you have messed up my food I do not understand how hard it is to have NO CHESSE ON 2 BURGERS. Absolutely ridiculous. I will Absolutely be checking my food every time I go there. If I even go back.

Went to eat inside at 10pm. Sat down to eat where I usually do with my boyfriend and was told to move to the other side of the dining room because that part was closed. Last I saw the dining room didn’t close till 12am. Not sure why half would be closed 2 1/2 hours early….

waited in the Drive through for 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers, no other cars inline. not even cooked thoroughly. Corporate Headquarters in Chicago needs to shut this place down like they did the one in St. Johnsbury VT.
