The app says they close at nine, and I went in, and it's six thirty.They were absolutely closed, wouldn't even wait on me told me they had nothing when I could physically see.They had everything they needed to make at least one sandwich
Ordered the family sandwiches online through the app and went to pick up the food and the subway was closed down. Not sure why no explanation it’s Sunday afternoon. Why allow orders online to go through if they aren’t even open.
Very bothered that they didn't call and tell me they were out of the cheese I ordered and the olives for my husband. I can understand the olives but cmon the cheese? That defines the whole sandwich.

Ordered in app and told by employee that they turned the app off to make bread...told them it was paid for then they said take it up with the bank. Yellow deli is actually fresh down the street. Thank you lancaster subway for opening my eyes.

I ordered the nachos and all that was on was lees than1/3 meat and a hand full of chips and that was all I got the only I dint was the hot peppers. I have bad experiences the last few times I have ordered either hair in my food, missing ingredients or not enough meat like really only 1 piece of bacon an a BLT I will no longer be ordering fromand will to Littleton go to Jersey Mikes

As someone who works in fast food and knows the struggles and has worked at THIS subway in the past, I am not one to complain. However every single time we order through the app something is always wrong. I don’t know if the employees don’t take mobile orders seriously and just half ass it because we are not there watching but it is ridiculous to spend 20+ dollars on subs for my family that we can’t eat because the bread is as hard as a rock or the wrong ingredients are put on the sandwich etc. This is every single time we order and it’s getting old. At least you are consistent with something though.

I'm really not a fan of Subway in general. There's not many food options in Lancaster though. I've been here a few times now, the employees are very friendly. The counters and the entire area are very clean, and the food is always very fresh. They always close the food trays when they're not in use to keep them fresh and clean. I wish every Subway was like this one

Asked for a wrap as I am on the road for work, and whoever was working(an older woman) even repeated that back to me and confirmed that. Proceeds to give me a flatbread as if I'm not going to notice and STILL charges me full price instead of charging me for a 6in. (What it ACTUALLY was) If you didn't have wraps; that's fine, I would've gotten something else, but be an adult and tell the customer that and not try and be slick borderline scamming them. Definitely will not be coming back

08/11/24 around 2:40pm -- Worst experience I've ever had with Subway. EVER. I placed an order online, and the subway app gave me an option for delivery. It had been over an hour since I placed the order, and I had called to check in on the estimated time it would be here. I was met with a condescending attitude and belittling behavior over the phone. Telling me she had been watching the sandwiches I had ordered, sitting there for the past hour. Other branches I've gone to in the recent past, have had no issues calling me if there was any issue or question on an order. The whole experience, she had a very unpleasant and sour attitude. I would have appreciated a call to let us know that they couldn't deliver or that the order needed to be picked up.
I do not recommend coming to this branch if you want to get chewed out. :(
