The absolute worst service! Paid for an online order that I never did receive, and when I asked what could be done to correct the situation? I was told nothing! The manager (younger guy) was rude, unprofessional and degrading. Will never order from here again.

My husband and I just got a sub each from this location. Subway usually puts out a good sandwich, but this had to be the worse Subway we have ever been to anywhere in the entire country. The bread was stale. The meats had a spoiled taste. The onions were definitely off. We decided not to eat them.The service was horrible, we should have known from that, but we figured the sandwiches would be good. Whoever the manager is at this location should be watching the business. We would never go there again. Actually, I might even contact corporate. It was a complete waste of $20Just plain horrible.

Most horrible customer service ever!! Made one of our subs wrong ( ordered online so we didn't know till we got home). Tried to call and nobody would answer. My bf was hungry so he decided to just try and and eat the sub. It was awful so he wrapped the sub up and drove back to the restaurant. The kid behind the counter looked at his order slip and admitted it was made incorrectly said "what do you want me to do about it". He asked him to remake the sub even said a 6 incy sub would be okay where a few bites were missing. The kid said that because a few bites were missing there was nothing he could do!! will never go back to this restaurant ever again. All the rest of the employee's just stood there and never said a word the whole time. Even as other customers were telling the kid just to remake the sub. As he was leaving the store the kid very rudly yells to him to have a great night.

Slow service but the food is so much fresher and staff have a better appearance and professionalism compared to other stores visited.

Ordered online at 6:15 got a text saying my food was going to be ready at 6:30, ok great. Get a call not 5 minutes later saying they have no bread. So I said ok, we’ll what do you suggest, we’ll you can wait until the bread is cooled off, I said well I don’t mind if you use warm bread, as we would like it toasted anyway. He/she begins to tell me that I need to wait because they are not going to risk burning themself just so I can eat a sandwich….As a person who works in customer service I was baffled by the remark & the rudeness that I had received with my experience tonight. 1. I would not recommend ordering online. 2. I know it’s hard to find good employees but didn’t your parents teach you to have a little respect!?… and to add, I asked to be refunded and they charged me twice…

The place was a mess and the employees were exceptionally slow and disengaged. The quality of the end product was well below acceptable. It takes a lot for me to feel like I need to write a bad review so that into consideration as you make your choice eat here.

Employees are great, not had any problems with the Employees BUT there is a problem with Management (bad Management) she is unfair to her Employees & has been known to talk badly about her Employees (which is not cool & Management should NOT be talking about other Employees to another employer) I would HIGHLY recommend a district manager to come in & access the Manager there.

Lack of unprofessionalism, conflict and drama in front of guest..uncomfortable setting when the employees are fighting back and forth in front of guests who are just trying to get food and get out.Leave conflict out and away from guest!Would rate a zero star if possible.
