Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were served by Katlyn. We walked in and they were incredibly busy and she provided us outstanding service! Our drinks remained full, our dishes cleared as we finished, extra napkins, and checking in with just the perfect balance of attention to the details with allowing us to enjoy our meal together. An exceptional server can make or break a dining in experience. She made it simple, enjoyable and easy. Grateful for time to enjoy a meal with people we love after a long day at work.

Went here for a family dinner on a weekday (Thursday) and what a terrible experience.

1/ the place is not even half full, yet we had to wait for 15 mins to be seated. Ok probably due to shortage of staff.
2/ we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 wings, 2 entree and 1 dessert (brownie bite). The appetizer came out fine. Waited for 15 mins. Then the dessert came out next (?!?) and the ice cream all melted. We asked if food was coming out at all and she said yes. Waited for another 15 mins and food was served. No surprise, the food was cold.

We tried to talk to someone but it was impossible to get attention to. Safe to say we definitely do not return to the restaurant.

The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The food was wonderful and the drink suggested by our waitress was great. Wonderful experience.

Had a large group which we were happy to split up across a few tables. Manager refused to put any tables together or even seat any of our tables within the same sections. Left and went to Chili’s

Loved the game on the table. Playing trivia with other Applebee's diners across the country was fun.

Ordered Doordash ~The guy had to wait for the order....He waited 20 mins to be paid $2.50 to pick up 🤦 self employment 12.9% tax on that! But food was yummy 🤤🤤🤤😋😋 & I tipped extra, cause he had to wait longer
