One car in front of me one car behind me by the time I pulled up to do my order and actually get my food 20 minutes passed. Should’ve known when every other place around it drive-through was busy and there was dead.

The wait for food is crazy even when the place isn't busy. The food is also not great compared to other burger kings I've been to. You're better off going to the Wendy's down the street where your fast food will actually be fast as well as decent. Cheaper too.

I had a desire for a flame broiled burger while visiting out of town in Lebanon NH. I nearly missed the store because none of the parking lot lights were on after dark. I had to ask if they were open. Unfortunately, there were only 2 people working as they are in a real crunch for workers. The burger was good but not so with the fries. The 'King' continues to get negative reviews and I doubt they can survive long term.

For fast food it's incredibly slow. 25 minutes in the drive through is a crazy experience for any restaurant.

There was one car ahead of me and I must’ve waited about 10 minutes before they even asked for my order, then when she did take my order she sounded so miserable. I was so nervous to see if she needed help. then when I got my order, it was wrong so then I had to wait again so for something that should’ve been less than a five minute drive-through experience turned into over 30 and I didn’t even get to enjoy my dessert drive-through 10 to 15 is pushing it max during busy times and this was dead so it made no sense. It was 1:30 in the afternoon.

Do not go here, go to McDonald's next door.

Sunday 7/20/25 approx 1pm. Place was empty inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. Every floor was dirty. Every surface was dirty. Every person was dirty. Cashier had thick black under his fingernails. (We ordered before realizing any of this.) Chicken wraps had super stale tortillas, stiff and crumbly. Chicken fries tasted like under cooked rubber. Coke zeros were drinkable. But we wasted $20. They should just shut down. I eat at my local BK once a month so it's this BK not all BKs.
