The GM was tipsy 🥴 walks around like he doesn't know anything the staff are rude and slow takes to long to get my order I highly recommend going to McDonald's or Wendy's never waited more then 5 to 10 mins there for my food

When I am there to order food I don't need reminded that you have other orders and am starting to get busy. I'm also a paying a customer. Better work on multitasking.
Health hazard
Although the employees live in their truck in the lower lot with their dogs, they can’t seem to open for service or use of restroom in my case on time. The woman manager who is, well to say as nice as possible appears sloppy and unsanitary.
The manager screams and swears at her boyfriend who also works there, poor guy looks like a deer in headlights when she starts. They actually wash their clothes inside the restaurant then hang them on the black truck parked out front . Their dogs are stuck in a truck while they are there working all day everyday.
Dogs bark non stop. The place is honestly filthy, as are the workers.
Something you have to see to believe.

Justin and his team did a wonderful job taking care of us today. All of the food was hot and efficient. The store was very clean

2 guys working the counter and kitchen. One customer other than me, I was getting napkins and a straw, she poured pink lemonade all over her hand and verbally complained and shook her hand sending over me. Not BK's fault but... The food... it's Burger King, it was at best meh.

Took way too long to make my order of two chicken sandwiches for how busy it was. 8 people in the back, a slight drizzle of drive thru activity, and only a handful in the lobby. Took nearly 20 minutes to get my order.
