Small table for 2 , appetizer came out ,then entrees came out right after, would of been nice it there was a gap! Food was great,The watermelon lemonade was yummy 🤤🤤🤤😋😋

A Truly Serene Experience with Serenity at Chili’s

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you combine flawless customer service with genuine human kindness (and just a sprinkle of comedic timing), the answer is: Serenity, the waitress at Chili’s, White River Junction.

From the moment she greeted our table, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average chain-restaurant experience. She has that rare ability to make you feel like a guest in her home rather than a customer on a ticket.

But what really sets Serenity apart is her personality. She’s kind without being forced, funny without trying too hard, and professional without losing her humanity. Case in point: in the middle of a perfectly ordinary exchange, she casually used the word “doo-doo” and I had no idea how to respond so I just smiled awkwardly..

Every Chili’s should have a Serenity. Until then, if you’re lucky enough to dine where she works, ask for her section.

Avoid ordering to go here. It took someone 15 minutes to even service the to go counter and on top of it they messed up our order.

Its been a couple of yours since I ate ate a Chili's. My last experience at a Chili's in Vermont wasnt so good. This past experience was way better! The restaurant was clean, my waitress was awesome, the food was brought to the table hot! It all tasted great, the drinks were good and I had nothing to complain about! Thank you for being great!

I ordered the surf and turf ribeye and my wife ordered the sirloin and we had to wait almost 1 hour and 30 minutes while our server just kept apologizing and we understood it wasn't her fault however I then had my side messed up by the cooks and when asked to receive what I paid for was notified the chefs are angry at me for wanting what I paid for (mac and cheese) I'm glad I had to be warned and told I wouldn't receive what I ordered and enjoyed a nice well done steak even though I ordered medium rare my wife was then told to wait for a free dessert only for it to take 10 minutes for them to bring out a premade one it was utterly ridiculous and a horrible idea to even go there

Been here before. Food has always been decent. This time….3 out of four of us got sick after eating here. Chicken quesadillas did us all in. Don’t know what happened, don’t care.
We could get past the forgetful server…we always tip 20% regardless. We could get past the musty restaurant smell and the obnoxious waitress working other tables. It’s the gut wrenching time spent with Mr tidibowl we just won’t stand for…not cool.
