I’m sitting here trying to eat while they have charred dead bodies and people getting shot and bleeding out in the street playing on TV… I came here to relax and enjoy my food with my fiancé. Fix this

Best Chili's restaurant I've been to in the New England area. The chicken was tender our server Pete was an amazing server and accommodated us. He was very attentive. He made the dinning experience a pleasure.

This was hands down the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time! The food was great and the staff were even better, they were attentive, friendly and very welcoming. It was amazing to see how well they all worked together! You can tell they all really enjoy what they do! Keep up the amazing work I will definitely be returning in the future ! We even called the manager out to thank her for doing such a wonderful job with her crew it all starts with a good manager to create such a wonderful environment for the crew as well as the customers.

The food is good. The drinks were okay, but the service was awesome and I love that I can just pay my bill at the table. We went for lunch on the weekend. We had limited time (toddler/babysitter), but we went out to lunch, took our time chatting, and we were still in and out in an hour. Perfect place for our lunch date.

It took a half hour to pick up one salad that was supposed to be ready when I got there. The store was completely empty. They did not even check if they had the order in their system until I pressed them on it. Now I get a half hour less sleep before my 30th birthday party tomorrow. Please retrain your entire togo staff. Three of them all gave me the runaround. Worst restaurant experience in years

Tried to eat here, but ended up having to leave because all of the staff were too distracted to seat us because they were dealing with a whole fleet of cop cars swarming the place... Didn't stick around to find out why.

The attendant Laura was really friendly and had a great smile. She was always smiling and patient with every order.

There are a couple of vegetarian options and the veg Pattie burger and pasta can be customised to remove any meat or egg based condiments like mayonnaise.
