Always rude. I have ordered here a couple times and today will be the last day!!! They have forgotten to put espresso in my lattes, I’ve gotten cold coffee. I order ahead so I can pick up my order and it’s never ready. But today after getting the additive I got and my coffees wrong I won’t be back. Two others in town to go to.

This place took 25 minutes to make two sandwich’s and a drink. Super rude, the fire extinguisher is a year out of date. Filthy.

Not doing well today. Ordered a regular hot with 6 sugar and 4 cream, and they tried to give me an ice coffee. They redid my order and I got a large regular hot with 4 sugars and 6 cream. Really? 🤔

Miracle Mile Dunkin' may have got off to a somewhat bumpy start, but that's normal for any new location. I feel like the staff have really pulled together and made this a Rockstar of a restaurant! Bravo.

I go to this location frequently. The food is usually well made and orders don't take long. Main downsides is the lack of a bathroom inside and inconsistent quality of donuts.

I give this visit to this location a low rate for the following reason. Wanting an afternoon snack and frozen coffee I stopped at the W. Lebanon location. I could see some new to me menu items. I ordered a chicken wrap at the drive through. Not realizing that the sort of sandwich was baked, I bit into it burning my lip and inside of my mouth rather severely. It took a week to heal!
I know this sort of thing has happened with coffee, however I just didn't expect it to happen with a chicken sandwich wrap.
I highly recommend people pay special attention to any D.D. items you may have never tried before. You just never know.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Couldn’t use the app to pay or get points. No military discount. Just good ole attitude and laziness!

Went to grab a quick coffee. Was greeted with a snotty "what can I get you" told her my order then proceeded to repeat it 3 times because she couldn't hear me (too busy talking to her coworkers). At this point I wasn't bothered because I get it but when I went to the window to get my order and pay the man just gave me my coffee did not say a word took my credit card for longer than needed did not follow up with an apology or a have a great day he just said nothing and threw my card at me. It wasn't the worst experience in the world but it was embarrassing to say the least. Decent customer service goes a long way and customers deserve to be treated better than this. Will definitely be avoiding this dunkin which is easy with the other two being located within a 10 mile radius. I don't know why we even needed this dunkin it clearly doesn't do anything better than the other two located near by.
