Horrible! I ordered a walk in order 30 mine later I had to grab my sandwich and never even got my coffee! They owe me a coffee who do I speak to? All of the rude employees? Who's the owner? I will definitely spread the word about the lack of customer service and you don't even get what you paid for!

Every time I go to this dunkins and order a bagel with cream cheese there is always barely any cream cheese on the bagel. Coffee always has a chemical taste.

Waited inside for at least five minutes and not one employee even acknowledged me. I have worked in the service industry so I get that it can be hectic, but to not even acknowledge a customer waiting to order is pretty bad. It’s not hard to tell a customer that someone will be with them in a minute.

Asked for a sour cream donut at drive through. The lady with the dyed hair cuts me off and goes “what is that I’ve never even heard of that in my life” in a rude tone. Then I said ok what about an old fashioned and she also said she hadn’t heard of it. She thought I was talking about the plain glazed. Also gave me caffeinated coffee when I asked for decaf. Checked the website and they do in fact have an old fashioned

I order ahead so I can pick up my order and it’s never ready. But today after getting the additive I got and my coffees wrong I won’t be back. Two others in town to go to.

Not doing well today. Ordered a regular hot with 6 sugar and 4 cream, and they tried to give me an ice coffee. They redid my order and I got a large regular hot with 4 sugars and 6 cream. Really? 🤔
