This is my Dunkin that is close by, i don’t go everyday but I do the staff is very rude and short, always on smoke break— they obviously hate their jobs.They never get my order right. I try to tip when I do go but I can’t justify it or going there any longer because of how many times they’ve purposely messed up my order just because they didn’t want to do the extra work.

It's your typical dunkins. But with slow non motivated workers. With poor to little customer service skills. Took about 20 mins to get a hot coffee and hot chocolate with 6 donuts. With 2 other people in the lobby and about 4 to 5 cars in drive-thru. They were more stuck on preping mobile orders. Rather then assist the customers in front of there face.Kid-friendliness: Kids love dunkin.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor no stairs ,and a wide door.
It’s New Year’s Day, the 2 other Dunkin in town have no doughnuts even though it’s on their online app to buy. When I did find a Dunkin in town with doughnuts they refused to give me what I’ve already paid for. I could see the doughnuts but they weren’t open yet. What about customer service? Over charged and under served. I understand hiring everyone and anyone we all need a job but if u can’t understand that handing someone 2 doughnuts they had already paid for them maybe don’t open a store? Have someone with Customer service skills at least. I’m coming back for my doughnuts

I order through the app, average wait at the window is 10-15 minutes because they forget my food with the order and they usually get my order wrong. I go before work and have to leave 20 minutes to wait for everything to be right and I work at the hospital down the road. Please don't treat non-rush customers like an inconvenience...the eye rolls and sighs of frustration are unnecessary.

It's a walk in Dunkin' in a Jiffy Mart what can you expect! Got a pumpkin muffin and went on my way. The guy behind the counter was great and served it up well, thanks!

Same as others have noted- inconsistency across times and staff in terms of friendliness. They were running behind too and we decided to go in to get just donuts (no adding to the stress of making drinks). After 5 min standing at the counter where they were obviously behind in the drive through, the young woman working the drive through smiled and apologized noting she’d be over soon. Instead, the curt man with the beard who works here frequently came over with a very unfriendly attitude throughout the entire transaction. He misheard one of my donut orders and insisted I said something else even when I tried to correct him.

This is hands down the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Do I continue to come? Yes. I would suggest doing a mobile order before coming because even then, you may still wait 15 minute for a sandwich.
