Perfect food, often a bit quiet for a burger place, minimal interaction with staff, which I am okay with. I got a delicious lettuce wrapped little hamburger with raw onions, pickles, and tomato in a car-safe bowl to go. Sauces on side. Looks like they do catering orders too, which is a big plus. And it was healthy and fast. It's just a struggle to place my order sometimes. Someone hung up on my wife when she tried to call my order in.

If you drive for DoorDash, I’d recommend skipping orders from here. They seemingly don’t begin to prepare the order until you arrive- which is great for the food, but bad for the wait time.

we were going to invest in five guys and buy several franchises but after one of our close friends had a negative experience in west lebanon nh with the manager there and we watched how nothing was done to correct it..we decided against it and went with another company.

I was always taught if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all....you see there ive allready said too much.....how many bad reviews do you need before a change is sublimated?? so area managers district managers regional managers what so ever your corporate title is you need to seriously overhaul this store its always dirty when we go there there's junk on the tables and the manager has the worst energy he is absolutley horrible around people.might i recommend send him to the artic to clean penguin poop..that is job perfect for someone with a disdain for people..I'm actually shocked that the doors are still open at this location and that you have not already stepped in as corporate ambassadors and cleaned it up..instead of allowing this negative behavior ...shame on you district or area managers ..08/12/2024
