Katie’s Cookies are awesome! Definitely check Instagram or Facebook for their daily and weekly specials. These cookies are made from scratch in their open concept kitchen. Having one cookie is like having 2 big cookies - or 4 small ones - and the icing and toppings are piled high. Usually what they top their cookies with is like a whole other combined experience with the cookie: they are that generous. I love that I happened to walk in when a worker was standing there and hand grating lemon zest and lemon juice for a seasonal lemon cookie. I wanted to get one but they would not be ready until the next day. Each day the flavors change, for instance, today’s seasonal flavors are Katie’s Chocolate Chip, Brownie Batter, Corn Bread, Pumpkin Whoopie Pie and Apple Crisp. Yum. Delicious!!! You can also get coffee, milk, chocolate milk and other drinks there. I love that the cookies come in a pizza box. It’s a fun concept. Don’t miss the events in their front window.

Katie's Cookies are by far the best cookie in the world and in the state of New Hampshire. You will never meet a sweeter person than Katie. I have an allergy to cocoa powder and chocolate, and every Tuesday Katie makes sure to put a cookie that is not chocolate on the menu. When you enter Katie's Cookies, there is so much love and kindness from Katie and her amazing staff that it makes you feel like home. So this past week, my Father who was visiting from Costa Rica went to Crumble Cookie and offered me half a cookie. I told my father that I wasn't going to cheat on Mom (Katie) and the Only cookies I will eat is Katie's Cookies

You would think if Katie doesn't want us to forget her since Crumble opened ( her words) she would have later hours. When people like me don’t get out of work till 5:30 it’s hard to make it when she closes at 6. So you lost out on a big order. I went to Crumble when your door was locked when I got there. Hopefully you will start staying open later more nights. I’m sure I’m not the only business you lost out on and are sending to your competitor.

The staff watched me tip (the cookies are around $5 each, I wasn’t going to give a $20 bill) and then rolled their eyes. It came off as really rude and made the visit uncomfortable.

Drove 30 minutes with the family, the hours weren’t accurate and we left without even going in. Came back when they were open, and was fairly disappointed. Cookies were plain but overly sweet at the same time, place wasn’t clean, and the customer service wasn’t attentive to me or my husband. Wanted to support local New Hampshire businesses, but I think I’ll stick to my Chips Ahoy…😱🤔
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. First off, the shop didn’t look clean at all — the counters were sticky, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the display case looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. It honestly made me question how the kitchen must look behind the scenes. As for the cookies… not good. They were underbaked — doughy in the middle and not in a good, gooey way, just raw. I couldn’t finish even one. If you’re going to sell cookies as your main product, they should at least be properly cooked. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this place really needs to step up its cleanliness and quality control. I won’t be coming back unless I hear it’s improved.

Everyday there is something familiar and something unique at Katie’s Cookies. The staff USA fabulous bunch of actual bakers. The competing chain shop servers are sullen HS students who are only there until they move onto their next job. Katie’s All the way! Support hometown goodness.
