Service was good, food was not good, I’ve been here many times before and it was the worst we have ever had. Started with a flat beer in a huge glass to finish off the keg I guess. Then dinner specials priced high that were warm if not cold. The quality of the food is just not good. Tempura was also just ok. The chicken Teriyaki was barley cooked and almost tasteless. My wife’s chicken box dinner set was also very bland. Maybe this is how the sit down meals are. I have traveled to many places around the globe and sad to know this is our local Japanese place.

Food was fantastic, service was a little impatient when placing orders during a slow period of service. The grill chef was skilled and entertaining.

Terrible food. Tastless!! I went to this establishment the other night and ordered chicken teriyaki, the chicken texture was awful the broccoli was tough the sauce was salty with no taste. My families meals were cold and we left without eating our dinners and paying 89$ for garbage. I went to men at wok up the road and got better food. Talk about mad. ?

ANOTER 5 STAR REVIEW FROM USTonight we (4 of us) celebrated my birthday a lil early and got a nice table/ booth in the back of the restaurant(which was a first and I kinda liked the privacy of it but i usually like sitting so i can still watch the hibachi performance). And I cant remember her name but our waitress was so sweet and made sure we were well taken care of.This place has been and continues to be my favorite restaurant and I hope to enjoy it for many more birthdays to come.

This is just for online orders. Be very aware. They have some scam or online orders that would take your money. The owner/ manager basically said your loss and if you want food you’ll need to place another order. No help at all. So if you enter their website and order, you will be scammed, just be wary. Love the food, but people here don’t care at all!!

I was in a party of four people this Saturday, and we dined in the regular area. Soon after being seated, our waitress came to our table and took our orders. We received our appetizers soon after ordering, but we were extremely disappointed in the service after the appetizer. Two of the four main dishes came out at the same time, but one person in our group waited 20 minutes after, and the last waited 30 minutes for their main course to be served. The waitress that was initially attending our table did not bring out the last dish. When we were ready for the check and take out containers, it was nearly 30 minutes later after everyone was finished with their main course and our waitress could not be located. We asked another waitress in the area, but she did not bring us our check. We asked the manager or owner for two takeout boxes and the check. Although she apologized, we were not offered any sort of recompense for the inconvenience. After we paid and left an 18% tip on the bill, the original waitress chased us in the parking lot, and she claimed she did not have all the receipts signed for payment. After she opened up the book, she saw that all of the signed receipts were in the booklet, and she went back inside without apologizing. Nevertheless, this experience left a sour taste, and we will not be returning.

She love Cotto Steakhouse and due to it being pricey at times for the amount of people you go with we probably only go on special occasions and usually get to Hibachi Grill this time me and my wife for our 18th anniversary chose not to sit at the Hibachi as we wanted some alone time we definitely got that we were sad at a table got no water or offered any drinks Saturday for over 30 minutes before finally getting up and leaving it would have been different if we were met by a server who said that they were busy and would be with us shortly but we got nothing

I've been to the Koto in Lebanon, NH, many times. I enjoy the bento box lunch and sushi. I crave their salad dressing and wish they would sell bottles of it!!! It's like no other!! The facilities are a bit run down which is why I have it 4 stars, but overall always a good experience!

Decent Japanese cuisine but very expensive for the area. Fairly noisy if you aren't there for the Hibachi experience and the booths are not very comfortable. Staff are very nice. I would give this place 3.5 stars overall for non-Hibachi dining. If you are going for the full-on Hibachi experience, it's probably 4.2 or above.
