Never had such a frustrating experience at any restaurant than this. The workers were negligent and seemingly clueless regarding anything you asked of them. Got handed the wrong order and when I tried to explain it wasn't mine, they tried to force me to take it and move on. When that didn't work, they then reluctantly "fixed" the error, which took an additional 30 minutes out of my busy morning. I've been laughed at and mocked by toothless employees at Wendy's and would still take that over coming to this location again 👎👎

Every time I go to the Randolph McDonald's my food is always cold I preferably ask for my meal hot to go so I'm not going there anymore they have lost my service

Long wait in the drive through which seems to happen here often. Only ordered a Big Mac and two fries. The man at the window confirmed one Big Mac and two fries when he handed me the bag. After arriving home 20 minutes later I opened the bag to find I have another persons order. It was a large order as well like for a family. Whoever got my meal is going to be unhappy as well as I am. Come on guys get it together. There’s a lot of reviews on here complaining about the drive through.
Waited 40 minutes for curbside....I understand it was busy for a Sunday night but c'mon....40 mins and nobody could be bothered to say "hey we got extremely busy and were running a little behind sorry about that" 40 mins???

Longest drive thru ever, worst food of any McDonalds I've been to. Waited 27 minutes for two cheeseburgers, fries, and coke. Fries were old, burgers had no cheese or onions, and the coke was carbonated brown water.
