The cards do not work at the self serving kiosk but it does not say it until the error. Then it says take the receipt to the cashier but no receipt come up. Apparently, they are aware of it too. Both soda machines are out as well.

The lobby tables and floors were dirty and some of the food was cold. The workers don't have good customer service no please or thank you.

I just sat in line for the drive-through behind three cars for about 10 minutes, starting at 2 pm.
They had me park in a waiting spot. I waited an additional 20 minutes. I ended up having to leave without my food. I asked for a refund they were unable to help me. They also couldn’t give me an estimate on how long it would take to get my food. They said they were understaffed. I will never go here again.
