Had the chibatta steak sandwich my wife had the chipotle chicken melt. The steak sandwich was terrible. Half of it had no meat, just super sweet onions, red peppers and cheese. The other half had only meet. Still having acid reflux from eating it. My wife didn’t like her sandwich either.

It was $32 for two sandwiches and 2 drinks. I Like them for the Asiago bagels but those are outrageously expensive as well! Won’t be back.

Next time I am going to the local sub shop. Please let me know if anyone has any recommendations.

I use the mobile app to order breakfast or lunch pretty often. Every employee at the drive thru is kind and friendly. The orders are always done on time, accurate, and delicious. Thank you!

Mediocre food. Bread on sandwich was incredibly dry. WHAT! No multigrain or even wheat bread???!!! Soup was hyper-salty. And pastry selection was abysmal. This place USED to be a bakery! Since it got bought as investment they've been milking it dry for money AND IT SHOWS.

Not a bad place to eat, but weirdly enough this Panera seems to always be out of... bread. I didn't know that happened at Panera, but eight or so visits have established this as the usual facts. If you don't mind ordering whatever happens to be available you will find the food to be tasty.
Oh, and don't expect a substitute if they're out of something, apparently.

I ordered online so it would be ready faster. The web said I had to wait for the order to be ready before I got in the line. I did that and had to wait for the order of the cars in front of me (that had made the order when they arrived to the drive through).
I got the order 10 minutes after it was ready and it was cold.

There is a lot of space to sit, it’s relatively quiet and the menu offers good options. The Italian steak & Mozza sandwich is rich in flavor. It’s a good stop option

It's a Panera bread, nothing special. You know what you're in for when you arrive.

We waited over an hour for a small order. My child had to wait until 8:20 to eat dinner. We watched many orders jump over ours while they were not even yet in the restaurant.

Terrible experience. Ordered at 7:10 for takeout, took 50 minutes. Sandwiches wrapped sloppily. Waited almost an hour for sloppy sandwiches and a mediocre salad. Definitely not going back don’t come here.

Our food came to the counter more than an hour after we ordered, and there were mistakes. Staff are kind but clearly overwhelmed, and Panera's online ordering system seems to bump online orders ahead of people who purchased in-store... and then it keeps doing it whenever another person orders.

Food was fine but not worth standing in line for more than an hour.
