We were on a school trip, lots of students lots of parents. Luckily we had as many as possible order ahead. As we get in the restaurant a second bus arrived. That really slowed the kitchen down.. Our driver waited 40 mins for his food. One of the students ordered a pizza and it took 45.

Food is what you expect. They did renovations though and it now looks like a open floor plan cafeteria with self service right at the front. Not a huge fan of new design and chairs are not comfortable, fire not lit. Service is not bad but you do most of it yourself. The employees were kind so good job there

Steak & cheddar baguette with horseradish sauce & pickled onion. Excellent bread & cheese, steak is ok... more like well-done roast beef IMO. Mac & cheese rich & yummy. My adult daughter liked the broccoli cheese soup, turkey with gouda sandwich and candy cookie. Soda, Buble water, soda, mango or strawberry smoothie, tea & coffee available. Male bathroom. Female bathroom.Parking: May have to circle around to find spot to park during busy times.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces, ramp to sidewalk on side corner of building. Doors are a bit heavy and not automated. There is a wheelchair stall in the ladies bathroom.

Tirdad ..

Awful, all way around. So surprised that corporate has not taken notice yet. My wife uses more milk in her coffee and usually I warm up the milk in microwave and then add coffee on top. At this location since they don't have the self service kiosks I have to wait in a long line to order coffee. After all that I asked the milk to be microwaved since this location does not have one. I was told that I would have to buy the milk separately if I want it warmed up and that was too much milk for the coffee. The manager made me pay $2.39 extra for milk on top of the price of coffee. I asked about a policy as to the allowed amount of milk in coffee, he told me it was up to the discretion of the employee. I've been to over 100 Panera's across the US and generally have a high expectation. This is by far the worst service I've ever seen. Most of the time the coffee pot is empty and once I asked as to how long the wait was, I was told 20 minutes....corporate please give this location some help....

I have unfortunately come to this location twice. The first time, the Mac and Cheese had barely cooked shells in a bath of liquidated cheese milk. My partner found hair in their food that day, and I ordered a pastry that I was not given. I had talked to the manager and was still not given my pastry. Most recently, I came with my partner again and they were out of majority of their menu. After being told a list of what wasn’t available, I asked for a soup. This item was also unavailable. We were over charged for a small drink and I found a random seed in my ceasar salad. Why is a salad the same price as a sandwich?? Terrible quality. I’m surprised they’re still around. ?

Bread was heavily over toasted for our sandwiches couldnt get thru it had to eat the middle out of it and very light on the guts of the sandwiches too, for 34 bucks I'd expect a bit more meat and nowhere near toasted to the point where it could be used as a weapon ? and they had run out of banana strawberry smoothie Ingredients the most important of all the smoothies. Sad day ?

I love Panera’s food, period. Last night I was with a team of hungry girls and went to go pick up my food quickly. They were all a little upset because I didn’t know we were only making one stop so I ordered some food. But, I won them over by saying I would get some baguettes if I could. When I came in, I asked a worker where the pick up area is because they had renovated. He led me over and asked if I had a drink, I said no and he offered one for free. I said thank you but no. I remembered to ask him if he had any extra baguette sides and he gladly gave me some. I thanked him a lot but I wanted to leave a good review, it made a bus full of girls so happy. Thank you!
