We are pretty new to the area but just love this place! The food is very good and we have tried several things on the menu. We’ve gone during happy hour also and the prices are very very reasonable. The staff is also fun and friendly. They seem to be able to handle corporate parties well (in a separate room) and still provide excellent service for such a popular place. Highly recommend !

I had wings & sweet potato fries, wife had beef scewers. The wings seemed freezer burnt and were over cooked being the toughest I’ve ever had. The beef could have been done a little more. Fries were good and the aïoli sauce was very good with great flavor. I think the waiter knew we were or would be disappointed as he never asked how the food was and checked only once to see about beverage refills. We are visiting from out of state and was hoping for a better experience. Oh well.

Absolutely terrible service! Denine the bartender is a terrible bartender, she was more interested in talking to the 2 regulars at the bar than waiting on the other 15 patrons. We ordered 2 martinis and we received 1 full, in 2 glasses. One entree was a cold meal and the other should have been hot but was served cold. It was sent back and the bartender made us feel like we were in the wrong and then to top it off instead of checking on the reheat meal she chose to chat up the regulars! Save your time and money!

I am particular when it comes to cocktails. It was my first time having Na’ama as my bartender at the bar. She wasn’t just pleasant, kind,..her genuine smile and warm conversation make me want to come back. I ordered a stirred Grey Goose Vodkatini with a rinse of vermouth. It came out perfectly. I ordered onion rings, backyard burger..to go with it and I could tell that they used fresh ingredients as the foods were delicious! All staffs there care for customers, I felt like a vip even though they treat everyone equally nice. Thank you Snax, it was another level of experience!!

Was in the area for a Dr's Appointment and read a review and figured why not...great atmosphere was busy and people were polite...Ordered a burger and was told fries were separate so we got their curly fries my wife had the potbelly shroom burger ..Definitely surprise everything was excellent and cooled to perfectly! Highly recommend if you are in Lebanon NH area.

I usually have a great experience but today was absolutely horrible Dennis was our server and his attitude was diabolical! I switched the flavor of my drink mid order and he instantly got irritated. Then it took 20 minutes to get the drinks. After that there was a whole snowball effect on the entire experience. He was very short with us for whatever reason….we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Next time I return I will request anyone else but him! I wish Denine was our bartender and waiter she’s been amazing everytime I came! Unfortunately we were left with the scraps (Dennis) because she was off!
Man where to begin. I have ordered through their online site at least 3-4 times. It’s never been an issue so recently I ordered again online. I ordered within 20 mins after they opened thinking it shouldn’t take long I didn’t even order meat. I come in 20 mins after the time that was given for it to be ready thinking it’s definitely done. The waitress at the bar had ZERO professionalism. She took her time after a casual conversation with bar customers. Hardly addressed me by only asking to go order? I said yes and she muttered on her way to the kitchen “ugh all these to go orders”. She then came back from the kitchen to walk past me and address a random table. It wasn’t until I turned to face her for her to say oh it’s not done yet. I waited 15 mins after that. It had been 1 hr ago that I ordered. She proceeded to tell me well what you should have done was call it in bc the online gets delayed. This statement could have been true but no apology was even given, no drinks offered while I waited, she basically blamed me for how I ordered being the issue. In the time I had been waiting in person a grilled cheese and fries could have easily just started to cook as that hardly takes 15 mins for both but she claimed they had been working on it with the sass in her voice. The fries were so hard it was just a joke at that point. The manager seemed nice but I was far too upset at that point to hear it. But I did see the time stamp on their receipt and it was exactly what I had in my email so clearly it was an exaggeration on the delay of online orders. There was also maybe 5 tables of people when I walked in. I wouldn’t waste your time here. They clearly don’t care. If this is their standard with customers in your face imagine how the kitchen quality must be. I would severely lower your expectations here and make sure you have the day to waste just in case.

I’ve been in New Hampshire for work the past three months, and I really wish I had found SNAX sooner. I ordered the sweet potato fries and the shrimp—both were sooo good. The food honestly surprised me in the best way. It actually made me feel better after a long day, especially when I was feeling homesick. Cozy, flavorful, and just what I needed. Definitely recommend.
