My main complaint is that staff at this Starbucks never greet me or act friendly when I come in. As a regular, I don’t expect anything over the top—just basic courtesy.
My second issue is that I’m often ignored when I’m waiting at the register, even when staff are right in front of me. A simple acknowledgment would make a big difference.

The customer service at this location exceeds expectations. They are the friendliest staff in the upper valley and that’s including the local shops. I’d rather go without caffeine than to go anywhere else. And to know a shop actually cares about the customer and their order is just mind blowing in this day and age. Thank you guys so much!

lilly took my order and they were the absolute kindest ever i had the worst day and they made it so much better, made me cry seeing that there are still some genuinely kind people ❤️❤️❤️
Best Starbucks I've ever been to, never had a bad coffee or an order that wasn't right. Plenty of seating inside to grab a coffee or a pastry and get some work done. Cozy clean facility and freshly brewed coffee every time. The staff is pleasant and works very hard. They always make my day when I go through the drive-through.
