I have tried my best to be patient, but I am at my wits end. This place can't get a simple order correct, unless your standing there watching them. Don't go here. Save yourself the hassle. They can't refund one sandwich if they get it wrong from an online order unless you go in. Super dissatisfied.

made a online order, pickup said it would be ready by 12:30, the receipt wasn’t printed out, waited about 15 mins for them to even start it. the guy, not sure if he’s the manager or what but wasn’t wearing a hairnet and he had pretty decent amount of hair. my receipt had everything on it that i ordered, and he kept asking if i wanted something added, when i directly put everything i wanted on the online order. overall, probably worst subway i’ve been too.

Tuesday, Feb 20th. 3:30 pm. Walk up to counter and nobody was there to wait on me. I stood there for well over a minute before Thad, the store manager comes out from the back kin no particular hurry. He finally approaches me and says, “Yeah?” like he’s annoyed with something. I tell him what kind of bread I want. He gets the bread and then looks at me and says, “Yeah?” again sounding annoyed. Completely unprofessional. He puts on the meat and cheese I requested then asks if I want it toasted and if I want any dressings. I decline both. Then he JUST STARES AT ME. I suppose he wants me to read his mind. Let me remind you, the reader, that he is the STORE MANAGER. So I tell him I want ALL the veggies. He then proceeds to put on paltry amounts of MOST of the veggies. I say MOST because he’s about to wrap up the sandwich and he didn’t even put on olives or spinach. Hey THAD…all the veggies means ALL the veggies. Now he really seems annoyed and puts on the olives and spinach. Question: How does someone with zero people skills and a ridiculous level of incompetence get to be a store manager? Reflects poorly on the entire Subway franchise. Note to Thad: Hate your job, but don’t hate the customers. I will never go back and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Got one of the worst grinders I've had in a long time paid $10 for a footlong ham and cheese that had five pieces of paper thin ham and four pieces of cheese ask for like mustard they squirted a ton of it on there can't believe I spent $10 on this

Customer service is junk. Stand around at noon for your whole lunch break to get your food that you ordered and paid for on the app.

Amazing service and by far the best subway we have ever had! Was not expecting this to be the case due to its location near a gas station, however, our socks were knocked off. The employee was very polite and even went the extra mile to make a well in the bread for extra room for sandwich fillings. Freshest ingredients too. Strongly recommend if you ever find yourself in the area!!

Never seem prepared for customers in the morning. They moved their opening all the way up to 9am now and still don't have bread ready regularly.

Don't go here, the worker Taz refuses to help or give you the correct food, I asked for the chipotle sauce and was told "we don't have any" and another coworker said they did, to which Taz got angry and said "no we dont" quite loudly, and the other wonderful lady went out back for 10sec and grabbed it for the next person. And today I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, and Taz put rotisserie chicken on the sandwich instead of the chuncked, and when I asked about it at checkout, I was told "I think it's better that way". Are you serious?
