The jerk chicken here is soo good. It falls right off the bone and is a great blend of smokey and a little heat. The rice and beans it's served with also had a lot of flavor. Much better than a lot of places which treat the sides as an afterthought. Wish we lived closer!

I don't care if you're on the prahnic diet☆RUM CAKE☆??☆COCONUT BRITTLE☆Veggieman here, so the rice+peas, coleslaw, channa, plantain....get all of the things and you can't complain, you'll have good taste, energy, and a well fed brain?FYI I really enjoy the food here and the sweets, and the sweet people who make it. Wonderful food... Cooked by wonderful people! The chicken was remarkably tender, and flavorful... As were the Samosa like pockets!!! Highly recommend... Something unique, home-cooked, with exceptional flavors, featuring "fall off the bone tenderness." My photos won't do justice to the food, so please enjoy photos currently online. The valley needs restaurants like this... And I am glad they are here cooking and sharing their culturally inspired, Interesting cuisine. We love it

The food here is easily some of the most delicious in Lebanon! The meat is so tender, it falls right off the bone, and the spices are perfect. I called asking if the j*** pork was gluten-free, and even though the owner said yes, she went to extra lengths to ensure there would be no cross-contamination. The place is clean and welcoming, the staff are wonderful, and the food is reasonably priced. I always look forward to my next visit!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Called earlier in the day for a dinner reservation. We figured it must be a smaller place, because they took our orders over the phone after we placed the reservation. The food was ready not long after we arrived at the restaurant, and each dish was absolutely stellar. The jerk pork was so tender, and perfectly charred. The slaw was remarkably fresh, tangy, and crisp, and the rice and beans were beautifully flavorful. The service was wonderful, and I really cannot recommend The Karibbean enough. It's a cute little place to enjoy a fantastic meal at, but I'm sure the takeout is also great based on the quality of the food that we had.
