I've been to this Wendy's a lot, and I'm never disappointed when I visit it! Wendy's in general has amazing food, quality, and taste! They are usually clean for the most part, and I never have any issues eating in, or going through the drive through.
Only issue I ever had, which was I asked for my receipt clearly, and never received it. Not a huge deal, but something worth mentioning!

Nobody on the staff is wearing a hair net!!! I noticed it when I walked in and waited to pickup my food and I had a feeling the worst is coming… I took a chance and guess what!!! There was hair in my burger and I threw it away not worth driving back to complain but this is worth sharing cause it is unacceptable and irresponsible!!! Food safety is crying in the corner!!!

Went in to give note to manager one other employee standing next to the assistant manager and said something to her about us standing there the employee walks away and says boo hoo we left and went through the drive through to give them a note. Not impressed with the type of service

Quite slow, and for some reason no human is there to take an order, you are forced to use the kiosk, which there are only two of and only one works.
Food wise my fries were cold, burger was extremely flat and put together poorly, but my nuggets were surprisingly good.

They will get your wrong 100% of the time, they will not include any sauces even when you ask and pay, the incorrect food that you get will be old and cold maybe 50% of the time. Your frosty will be a melted mess 100% of the time this place exhibits the upmost in competency that I am shocked to see.

Just got served raw Chicken sandwich, asked for the Manager and Chelsea denied me any information. Will be getting ahold of the health department tomorrow. I've got sick three times in there parking lot. I then barely only comped my sandwich after spending almost 30 dollars.. Everything about this place has gone down hill.. The food the service the atmosphere is not of good food and a family environment. Will never eat here again after this experience and hope others listen to this place, cuz she yelled out to them make sure they are all checked as I was getting my 12 dollars back he said yup they are good while me and my gf ate raw chicken!
