Visited in March and ordered several drinks. There were a few specific requirements for one of the drinks and the lovely lady was only too happy to oblige and look after us. Best hot chocolate from a Dunkin (and lots of other places too) ever.
Adding experience from May 2025. The staff are still OK however the price gouging is horrible. They now charge 30c to butter a toasted bagel but this charge is not advertised anywhere! And they sell utterly disgusting ultra processed strawberry lemon loaf for the extortionate price of $3.99.

I visited this Dunkin' on a busy morning with a long line, expecting a lengthy wait. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the team's speed and efficiency—they handled the crowd impressively. The only minor issue was that put honey in my coffee, but it was barely noticeable. Overall, I'm very impressed with this Dunkin's crew!

This goes out to the ignorant blonde male employee with the big nose who was working on Sunday October 20th at 4: 30pm who couldn't use the two brain cells it takes to make a simple frozen coffee with caramel swirl and kept handing me a frozen coffee that had the swirl blended into it. People who want swirl want it around the inside of the cup and on the whipped cream, Not blended into the frozen drink where you can't even see the swirl and every sip tastes like overly sweetened frozen coffee. I tried to explain that swirl literally meant that you swirl it around the cup and he just could not get it. He kept telling me that it would be a different price point. And I explained to him that the caramel was not a flavor shot and should not be blended into the drink It is a swirl hence the word and should be around the cup. He handed me a coffee that looked exactly the same both times, with the caramel blended into the coffee. The point of a swirl is so that you get a sip of the coffee and every now and then you get a sip of the caramel. Not overpowering caramel in every single sip. I tried to explain that he could Google it and he told me he didn't need to because he worked there and I explained that I too have worked for Dunkin' donuts and he had been trained wrong! If someone could educate this man that would be great! I've provided example photos of what it should look like and what I actually got.

I go here almost every morning and when I order they are always so nice and they always say “you’re welcome” which I absolutely love! I decided on donuts this time instead of a breakfast sandwich and when I opened my box I seen this little message inside and it really did make my day! These guys are awesome! ?
Place is an absolute mad house. Parking lot is a mess. Getting in and out of this town in general is a nightmare.
Inside, it's just chaos. People waiting for mobile orders, people on line for the toilets. People waiting on another line to order. The space is not well thought out.
We ordered on the mobile app and it took a while for our basic order to come through. Our stuff was thrown into a bag and our food all was fallen apart and kind of cold. Had an ice coffee with less ice...came with no ice.
The bathrooms were gross. They had one functioning toilet out of two. The bathroom was dirty and had a little toilet water from a clog on the floor and the toilet was covered in urine.
Not really super thrilled.
Parking: Absolutely a nightmare. Tight parking lot that is very full. Like of cars for drive through makes it tough to leave. Exiting the establishment is impossible because cars won't let you out. Park on the street if possible.
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor and flat parking lot. Easy to get in....if you remove the people and cars!

We ordered 6 donuts and an apple juice through the online app. We arrived and the apple juice was not there it’s our order. The donut box had a sticker closing it so we took our order and left. We were on the highway before we realized that they only provided 4 of the 6 donuts we paid for. This store is understaffed for the quantity of guests, and the owners as well as corporate need to do a better job of managing heavy traffic sites.

Old bag in the window has an attitude problem. She gives you a real nasty look while giving you your food. I’m sorry but if you hate it there nobody is making you stay❤️ I say please and thank you, she just shoves the food through the window. Its not hard to smile try it sometime babe.
