We had a party of two went in around 8am on a Saturday and wait was not long. Greeted with a smile and service was outstanding! For a small kitchen they did very well getting our food out in a timely fashion. Food was hot and delicious!! Flapjacks definitely deserves a perfect score. We. both have been in the restaurant business in one fashion or another a good portion of working career so for me to give a perfect score is rare!! Thank you Flapjacks and I wish I could remember our waiter’s name because he made the experience!! He was a gentleman maybe his thirties, tall with facial hair and I know he likes to fish for bass!

Spent the weekend in Lincoln and had the pleasure of eating breakfast here. Be prepared to wait! There was a line out the door, but by the raving reviews we decided to wait it out. took about 20-30 minutes on Veterans Day at around 9am. The service was good, the food was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was nice, and there was a little train that goes around the restaurant that my kids really enjoyed. The pancakes are delicious, they taste like cake!! I got the cinnamon special they had that day and it was very good. The home fires were a little burnt, but overall tasted great. My kids enjoyed the bacon and French toast. Will definitely return when we come back to the area.

Fabulous veggie omelet!!! And super friendly server who not only remembered us from the day before, but remembered what we ordered. When I said, "I want exactly what I had yesterday..." This place has great breakfast and fair prices. We ended up going back a couple times since the French toast and pancakes were so good. Also the homestyle potatoes were yummy too. There is not too many breakfast options in the city but the ones we tried this is by far the best. There is usually a wait 20-30 min wait so keep that In mind. Also parking is on the street and can be limited.

I didn't think this cafe lived up to the hype. The pancakes were smaller than most places offer, especially for a flapjack house, and they didn't have much flavor. I was expecting buttermilk pancakes. I thought they were dry and needed syrup- they did carry great NH maple syrup. The hot chocolate was fabulous and had homemade whip cream on top. Sausages and bacon were cooked perfectly and the scrambled eggs were good but average. It was simply not what I was expecting for a flapjack house. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was adorable and there was a mini train chugging through a track on the walls every once in awhile.
Vegetarian options: Only vegetarian options are pancakes or eggs, most dishes come with sausage and or bacon.
