Kimmy, Tammy whatever ends in mmy was awful from beginning to end. She asked a question that modified the item and then became rude upon asking for a remake. She even told me to stop talking. Is this a normal for a manager? I suggest you look it out this

My last review mysteriously disappeared, so here it is again: I had a pretty bad experience at this location on October 5th, 2025. There was actual garbage strewn on the floor of the restaurant and every trash bin was heavily overflowing onto to the floor. I waited at the pickup shelf for 22 minutes, and when the food did come out the fries were cold. The staff there was doing their best, but I could tell they were lacking resources and looked really understaffed.

The location was great however aa soon as 3 of us starting eating the burgers we all got sick. Not sure if it was burgers that sat too long or not fresh made. They smelled racid. Unfortunately we were on the road so we couldn't go back.
Ordered two snack wraps and small fry... 20 min wait and fries had no salt and tasted stale

Let's start by saying I visit this establishment often because I work locally and normally don't complain about the quality of a snack wrap. But tonight I stopped in for a McFlurry. When I say that my experience was terrible, I mean the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only were they screaming obscene profanity all throughout the kitchen for the whole building to hear. They also made the other customer and I wait at the register for FAR to long just for them to come out to tell us if we don't usa kiosk then we can't get food in a very disrespectful tone. Then they practically Threw my food on the counter and walked away without a word. I have never experienced such ill manard customer service in my life. I will not be visiting this establishment again.
