We used the tasting room and Club Lounge at Seven Birches to host a welcome party for our wedding in Lincoln. Mark was very easy to work with leading up to the event and helped us plan our welcome party just like we had envisioned. We were even able to set up karaoke in the Club Lounge! Our guests loved the selection of drinks but the favorite was the blueberry cider. The location is beautiful with plenty of parking at the resort, and was the perfect space for what we were looking for!

Cute little tasting room and gift shop, all connected to the beautiful hotel, and also part of Rhythm Cider next door, which we went to afterwards for lunch. This was for a ladies weekend, just my friend and I, and this was a great stop. They have wine slushies and if it were a hot day, I would've really enjoyed those! The wine was great, the hostess was knowledgeable about the wines, which was really helpful. Everyone was super friendly and the place was immaculate! We didn't have reservations, but were seated immediately. They have some charcuterie board type foods to order, but we knew we were having lunch soon, so we passed. I always love a tasting room that offers food! They did give us some oyster crackers and water to cleanse our palates between wines, and that is what set them apart to being 5 stars, because some places won't do this. Would recommend and will return!

Signed up for a 4 pm wine tasting and tour of the winery which is on sight at the resort. Unique to have this facility right there. Nate? took us around and explained a lot. Nate was extremely knowledgeable about the entire wine business especially wine making. Included were 2 very nice Birches wine glasses. Bought 2 bottle for the road and were very satisfied. Only con is the standing time in the winery,. Perhaps a few chairs could be added, unless there is a marketing reason for not having them. Really enjoyed this experience, and yes it was quite different than many other wine tastings and tours that we have done. Thanks Seven Birches.

$20 to taste 5 wines. You get to pick and they have regular wine, sweet wine and wine cocktails. A wine for everyone. Loved the wine cocktail! No reservation need for our group of 3. We did a walk in and they had plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have a bunch of different snack options at their shop so you can make your own charcuterie, or you can select their options from their menu. Their shop also has wine gifts and clothes. Nice stop after going through the white mountains.
To find the winery, you will need to park outside of the hotel and walk inside, then go to the far right side. Downstairs, you can also view their wine making process through the windows.
Additionally, the staff was really nice and provided a fast service!

Wife and I stopped in for a scheduled Tasting with the Wine Maker. They are moved into their new home and I want to say I was blown away by their new facilities and the wine was good as well.
We are sweet wine drinkers and the Strawberry and Blueberry were fantastic. They also have a sweet apple but it was not available for tastings.
I would recommend the Wine Maker tour as you get to see behind the scenes as well as some history on them as well as souvenir glass each.
We stayed for a glass and a slushy afterwards and some extra chatting. I see a fantastic future for them in this location.

Excellent , this place is such a good deal for wine tasting- especially compared to others we have been too. I highly recommend. It’s clean , well organized and has indoor and outdoor seating.
