“Seven Birches Winery will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We hosted our welcome party the night before our wedding here, and everything was fantastic. All of our guest commented on how beautiful the winery itself was, and from the moment they arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and elegant—exactly what we hoped for as we kicked off our wedding weekend.

The team at Seven Birches was outstanding. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We opted for a wine and cider tasting, and the staff was very friendly and made sure the entire process was easy and seamless, allowing us to truly enjoy the night with our loved ones. The wine and cider were both amazing, and after the tasting most guests stayed to have another glass.

In addition to our welcome party, Mark and the team at Seven Birches also helped us create our own red blend and white blend for the wedding, complete with personalized labels and everything. Not only did this help us create our own special touch for the wedding, but also it was a great opportunity for my husband and I to learn more about the wine making process and all the intricacies of what goes into it. We had a great time and our wine turned out delicious!
