Lix Ice Cream and Catering

Was a little confused at first by the Ice cream truck! It would be one heck of an upgrade to the neighborhood ice cream trucks! Anyway, they have a bunch of ice creams and frozen treats. Lots of flavors and the toppings to go with. I very much enjoyed my refreshing sorbets on a warm and sunny day! Looking around, I was pleasantly surprised by their sitting areas. Slightly shaded and well maintained. Would love to go back and try more flavors! Make sure to bring cash, payment options have changed!

Great ice cream and LOTS of it. A small cone had three scoops! Nice outside area under a pergola to enjoy the ice cream and the rural scenery. Very pleasant staff/owners.

Pulled into parking lot to switch drivers because I was starting to fall asleep and was surprised to find an ice cream spot. With a chocolate ice cream cone in my hand filling my stomach, I got the stamina to continue driving. So thanks for the refreshingly cold and chocolaty shot of awakeness! The ice cream was pretty good, and to be safe eating and driving I was able to stop the server from adding a second scoop which would have been nice to eat but safety first. She was very accommodating. I wondered though if they made their own ice cream especially with such a large list of flavors. We didn't stay long but I didn't see anything that said it was homemade. If someone could answer that question, I'd be grateful. Thanks again for the sweet pick-me-up.

The largest small ice cream, "three huge scoops," I couldn't finish it! Ice cream flavor was nice and creamy, and the waffle cone crisp and yummy.
