The menu has very limited options with many of them being variations of the same thing. Every time I have gone for dinner the servers are incredibly rude for no reason. They take a long time to wait on you for refills or the check. The staff is treated poorly by the mangers. Just a horribly run, rude restaurant. I have had NO issues at other locations. This one needs to be shut down. Do not recommend

It was a pretty good spot. Had a burger it wasn't the best but it was pretty okay? The Wings were delicious! Mac and cheese was the winner! So delicious! Would recommend for a quick stop!

Did a pick up order with DoorDash as the 99 website wasn’t working. When I arrived, the doordash app stated that I should not go inside the store.
A gentleman named Moe came out and very rudely informed me that I should have gone inside to pick up the order and everybody else from DoorDash does this. I’ve never experienced such a rude service worker. He should retire if he cannot deal with a minor miscommunication. I’ve attached a screenshot of what Doordash said.
My food was also made wrong. Will probably not be returning.

Walked in Hannah didn't say anything I used the rest room seated myself another don't even know her name now came said oh would u like a menu after being there at least 5 minutes.Then ordered and told her bring milk with meal so milk came and was told meal would be right out still had to wait for meal I left didn't touch milk didn't eat .Very poorly run.

The food can't come Out Hot!! Even when we asked for it to come out hot 🔥. It was cool. This place at 1 time was very good, also at 1 time it was clean not anymore the men's room and women's rooms were both so disgusting and they were not busy on a Tuesday 3pm . It's TIME TO GET NEW management
Was a little upset. Asked hostess to ask our server to surprise our daughter for her birthday and sing. The server came up and asked us what kind of dessert but we were trying to be quiet about and she took it as we didn't want any so it kind of ruined the surprise. So we didn't get any. Unfortunately did not have the best personality either.
