There was only one other couple in the store at the time of my order and they made a plain burger wrong my fries were cold and the order was to go they made it for di e in and when I said so.ething the woman gave me an attitude very sad

Had the best experience at BK today. It was all due to Chris and his exceptional customer service. He was super friendly and charismatic. This guy definitely deserves recognition for doing such a great job. Props to Chris!

Arrived around 9:00pm and ordered thru the drive thru. I was the only person being served. Workers were nice. However, my food was not fresh and had absolutely been left in the warmers way longer than it’s supposed to. Really dissatisfied and disappointed because I just wanted a quick meal on my way home from a long day at work.

I stopped by to pick up an early lunch, Shawn waited on me in the drive thru and he was one of the most pleasant people I've encountered in fast food service, I worked 3 years in the fast food industry so thats saying something!! P.S. Megs made a killer lemonade👌👌

The chicken is almost always overcooked and often the cashier isn't ringing up your order as the cheapest option unless you specifically ask a certain way.

Depends on when you go, the mood of the cook ect. Went there once and got an amazing meal exactly as ordered. Went today and every single thing i asked for, including the items they charge extra for like lettuce was left of my order. Out of seven burgers one was made as ordered. Very disapointing but a good reason to cook at home

Last time we went in the young man running out food gave our order to the car ahead of us, and they opened the sandwiches. He took it back from them and gave it to us. We asked to have our sandwiches remade because the other people opened them. The guy took it back and the manager came out with a pyrometer stuck in the side of the sandwich and said idk why you want this remade it’s not cold. When I said we didn’t say it was but the food was given to someone else and they opened it we just wanted it remade. The guy was like well it’s not cold. That was never the issue. He made me feel really bad and uncomfortable asking for a new order

At first when we got there it was absolutely great service great food but when we received our order it was completely wrong we didn't receive what we wanted it was cold was missing some things but I didn't give this Burger King this rating for that reason I gave it this reason is when I went back to ask to help me with the errors that happened with my meal they wouldnt help me because I didn't have my receipt that they didn't put in my bag. So for my experience it's a complete one star for the food and a one-star for the service because even though with that error it could have been okay if the manager would have been more understanding
