Consistently poor food quality served, they only hire people that don't care about what they hand you don't eat at this location if you care about your health

Clearly this place don't listen when taking orders. Dine-in. Asked for two number 1s with onion rings. Counter worker rang up incorrectly. Was presented it with French fries instead. Told the person whom was experiencing the food that I asked for onion rings.she asked no questions, and got me whati originally asked for.

It took almost 30 minutes for 2 meals and 1 medium fry would not recommend

This place is just terrible 90 percent of people have to pull up for your order to be wrong let alone staffing idk if nobody wnats to work here or ithey just pay that terrible no other burger king is this bad its like the whole place should shut down so a diferent fastfood chain can come in with better employees

Love when they lie to you.. I asked for fresh and was told it's always fresh.... It definitely was not it was cold and soggy .. guess you can't get what you order you have to take what they give you horrible food couldn't even eat it thank for no dinner tonight ...

I don't appreciate walking in the door and finding 2 self-serve receptacles smothering the small counter before you can get to a real person. They should be elsewhere. People are generally pleasant. The restaurant is always clean and neat. I love flame broiled burgers. BK has always been my first choice for my 67 years. Need to expand the menu. You can only do chicken and burgers in so many ways. Have you ever heard of Jack in the Box? They were quite diverse. Something for everyone. And salads have been gone since the pandemic. That's done and gone. Need to move on and bring back the salads.

Ordered one of the new whoppers it was the Mexican street corn whopper did not have the Fritos on it and it was super flat and not much street corn at all definitely unimpressed

When we got there, three employees were sitting outside smoking. They took their time going back in. There was a line at the drive through waiting to order. We were in that line. I would have left, but my husband wanted food. From what I can tell when we paid, there was only one other person working besides the three of them. Orders were not taken at the drive through until after they went back in. I hope the three bothered to was their hands. Not a place I will go back to.

The poor workers here have to endure the constant duress of frustrated customers due to what is a clear lack of personnel to run a business that is in somewhat high demand. The ownership literally won’t pay to light up the sign out front so one can just imagine how their skimping BS budget hurts the place throughout

I do not come here often since I live an hour away, but I've been wanting to try the Addams family meal since it came out and let me tell you it was a terrible experience! My morticia shake was simply an oreo shake in a morticia cup. When I asked the lady about it she said nope that's it. I told her I was pretty sure it was supposed to be chocolate with purple cookie crumbs or something like that she's like no we don't do that here. Like what, why advertise you do then! Then my thing onion rings were fries! I ordered a medium churro and got 4 with no chocolate sauce and they were cold. Worst part of my meal a regular whopper. No purple bun! I drove back around and said something and the lady said of course we can fix that come up to the second window. So I drive up in line, I get to the first window and some guy asks me what I ordered I told him I was told to go to the second window because I ordered a Wednesday burger and got a regular whopper and he goes well maybe that's because we are out of purple buns in a very rude manner. So I replied, maybe you should tell people that when they order it, he laughed, shrugged his shoulders and was like oh well. My experience has been terrible and I honestly do not think I will ever be coming back here again! What a waste of time, money, and gas!!

Every time we've came here recently. We've had to wait in line for about half hour to 45 minutes. I would suggest driving the next town over.
