Drive up i was 2nd in line , made my order of a medium hot coffee . I waited 8 minutes and was given a ice coffee . No I ordered a medium hot coffee .

Went there, couldn't go inside and couldn't hear the guy talk at the drive through... Just left 1 star
Need to better train your help ,but only cause they need to know how to refund ,if they mess up ,and give there employees help not just one guy working

Picked up replacement bagel from order 4 days ago as bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. Today I was told that amount of cream cheese is predetermined and comes in a 1.8oz container. I'm ok with 1.8 Oz of cream cheese however I do not think I should have to order and pay for more cream cheese when they are only putting on less than 1/4 teaspoon..thankfully today there was more on replacement however hate to say this but I think they put on extra today so it was smothered with it today. Oh well.. can't order bagels from there again as I'm sure they will remember me now....
