Drive up i was 2nd in line , made my order of a medium hot coffee . I waited 8 minutes and was given a ice coffee . No I ordered a medium hot coffee .

Picked up replacement bagel from order 4 days ago as bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. Today I was told that amount of cream cheese is predetermined and comes in a 1.8oz container. I'm ok with 1.8 Oz of cream cheese however I do not think I should have to order and pay for more cream cheese when they are only putting on less than 1/4 teaspoon..thankfully today there was more on replacement however hate to say this but I think they put on extra today so it was smothered with it today. Oh well.. can't order bagels from there again as I'm sure they will remember me now....
