Picked up replacement bagel from order 4 days ago as bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. Today I was told that amount of cream cheese is predetermined and comes in a 1.8oz container. I'm ok with 1.8 Oz of cream cheese however I do not think I should have to order and pay for more cream cheese when they are only putting on less than 1/4 teaspoon..thankfully today there was more on replacement however hate to say this but I think they put on extra today so it was smothered...
Can't say I'm a big fan, to be completely honest I try to avoid it like the plague they never get it right, always have to have it fixed in Whitefield or the one in Walmart. The staff don't really ever have a smile on their face and they drive thru you seem to wait a bit and they act like your waisting their time.....
