The woman working this afternoon engaged in loud inappropriate conversation with 3 other females that sat in the way making it so other customers were unable to even order, let alone get the barista's attention. After waiting a while, and still unable to order coffee we decided to leave once the conversation topic was about some woman's relationship status, and not selling coffee. I'm absolutely disgusted with the choice in conversation between those both behind and in front of the counter.

The woman that was working at this location was the most rude person that I have ever encountered at a Dunks. I tried to order iced coffee, “nope all out”, ok, how about wake-up wraps, “I literally close in 20 minutes, I’m not making anything”. Wow, just wow!!

I went to order online and it’s told me the Dunkin’ was open and they close at 7 so I finished my order and I went to pick it up and they had a sign that says they were closed but all their lights were still on.
So my husband and I were at Dunkin in Walmart today and there were lots of people in front if us. The lady named Kelsie left to take a break when all in line she was gone 15 minutes. When she came back she was full of attitude and screamed at my sister in law and told her if she didnt like how long it took she could go to Dunkins on Main Street...This lady was horrible. Never in my life do I wanna deal with that. She lost customers due to her attitude. Very very angry ?

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. My order was completed wrong. They gave me the wrong donuts, the wrong flavored coffees and the wrong sandwiches. I will never ever come here again.

The only problem I've ever had with this establishment was they seem to run out of Boston cream donuts a lot. But the staff is very polite, the place is clean and service is fast.
