As a frequent consumer of Jersey Mike's in my home state I was very happy to see one in NH when we came off the freeway. However, it must be said that the three young people that were working were just too exhausted to deal with the amount of orders coming in. They had on line orders and in person orders.

You could tell on the face of the young lady making the cold cut sandwiches that she was exhausted.

Management is to blame. You need more staff so they can rotate and not be at the grill for hours or standing for hours manning the register, in person orders and online orders. You are exploiting these young people. Shame on you!!

My sandwich was delicious (after I scraped half a bottle of mustard off of it). I specifically asked for a thin line of mustard and she squirted a huge glob.
I didn't bother to tell her anything because I, along with the rest of the guests could see how upset she was.I would be too if worked non-stop like that.

I took my sandwich next door to eat it with cup of hot coffee from Starbucks.

Hire more people and pay them well!!!! I hope you take this review seriously!!!

After walking in at 8:11 pm it was clear the employees were no longer interested in making sandwiches. The greeting was interesting, “the grill is closed” was the first interaction I was given. When I asked if they were open until 9 he responded that we typically close the grill between 8:00 and 8:30. Hmmmm on a Friday night you end half your menu an hour before you close? That seems a little sus. Good luck with that, sounds like someone was trying to get out early. Just another sign of failure in hospitality.

They closed grill at 7 pm itself. So we were told that there is no chicken available. This is not expected from a reputed chain like Jersey Mike’s. Not a good experience.

Inconsistent quality. One sub could be overflowing and the others have barely anything on them. Disappointed most times.

We love our jersey mikes subs but this particular Saturday we were very disappointed by the staff, almost everyone was complaining arguing about their pay telling each other their pay so that customers could hear then tell us that had orders on the grill that “ we were just going to have to wait” it goes on and on the women were some of the rudest individuals I’ve encountered here 9/20/25 around 2:30/3 pm! Honestly makes me not want to go back I felt bad for the boy working the register that day he was only one with any customer service skills from what we saw!

I online ordered a Supreme Club (turkey, ham, bacon) on white with lettuce and mayo. I got a sandwich on rosemary parm bread with turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, spicy mustard, and maybe mayo, vinegar and oil. This wasn’t even close to my order. I’m so disappointed 0/10

The staff was good but just ensure you recheck your order. When they are preparing your sub. Overall a good substitute, if you need something quick to eat.

Food was good but was concerned by the cross contamination. Used the same knife to spread mayo as the red relish, there was mayo spilled in the pickles and other veggies 😳
