I had such a wonderful experience at this location. They were fast, efficient, and the food was top quality! I ordered two regular #9s and they were absolutely delicious! If you're looking for a fresh and fast sub, this is the place to go!

Stopped in for the first time to this location. Parking was a little tight, but it was a nice weekend, so no problems. Easy to see from the road. Location is a bit small, so only 3-4 tables with high-backs for two people each. Sandwiches were tasty and decent size. Lots of people did take out, or picked up their online orders. Would go again!

Big shout out to the crew and especially the shift manager that was working tonight I had to put an order through yesterday and accidentally somehow my order they had put the oil and vinegar on my sandwich and I had asked him not to on my online order I didn't realize it was messed up until I got home and my sandwich was extremely soggy they were so very polite when I called them and explained what happened they were very determined to take care of the issue and I came in tonight and they replaced my sandwich 100% without a problem and she reassured me that she took extra Care to make sure that nothing was going to be wrong I was very impressed the customer service is amazing I have been here probably over 15 times at least since they opened and the two times that I've had an issue they resolved it immediately 100% I have not stepped a foot back in the subway since Jersey Mike's has opened and I don't plan on it because the difference in the customer service between Subway and Jersey Mike's it's miles apart Jersey Mike's put Subway to shame honestly I'm surprised the subway is still open thank you very much for making it a wonderful experience.

Just tried this restaurant for the 1st time on Saturday. I noticed the deli slicer looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Had been driving all day and didn't watch them make the sandwich. I ordered the super sub. I got into my car and took a few bites and something tasted rotten, my guess was the prosciutto as I noticed it was brown after closer inspection. To top it all off this made me violently sick for the rest of the weekend. I definitely will not be returning and I will be telling everyone i know to avoid it like the plague.

Placed online order at 5:00 pm for a 6:30 pickup. Not ready at 6:30, waited, watched a steady line of customers place their orders and get them, asked about mine was told a boy out back was working on it. Watched him laughing and fooling around for a few minutes and decided I'd had enough, got my money refunded and left. I know it's hard to get help but a retail store staffed only with teenagers, no adult supervision is just asking for problems. I won't be back.

1st visit to store went fine, but 2nd visit not so good. I repeated the order at least 2 times and still got it wrong. Checked my sandwiches when I got home and had to turn around and go back. Patiently waiting to receive my order, but irritated me to point I couldn't even talk just wanted the order fixed to keep from causing a scene by raising my voice. Called and told them what was wrong over phone, only to have to repeat it again when I got back to store. Recommend the store cut the music down maybe staff can hear the order better. Overall not a bad place to eat just work on staff improving communication.
